was told today by supervisor that they DIDNOT ADD PROCESSORS and that they are working backwards meaning that someone today makes a withdraw they have priority.
IF they have left over then they start working backwards
also the may 28th was an unusally hard day for them.

how did you reach a supervisor? and they must have more than one processor if they are sending dhl and fedex...unless the same processor sends out from more than one location...and i talked to cs last night on the phone...he claims its completely random, that there is no way of knowing when your going to get processed...and they must really like you jpot...hehe...what do i have to do to get such VIP treatment???
but anyways...so i told him that he should go send a message to his manager...that they are dumbasses if there is nothing they can do, how do you do business with a processor and have no control over how they process your accounts. You are the ones getting screwed if this is true, along with the customer, but from what it looks like, we will all get paid, eventually, as long as they dont go down, but the customers will never return, and it is ignorant to sit there and let your business associate do whatever they want and lose business for you...
of course i dont believe that they have a rogue processor doing whatever they want without regards to the company that hired them, but it was worth a good laughComment -
A friend of mine told me he got his check in a week; I only believe this because the guy has been thrown out of car dealerships and department stores.

Yup, that and the mysterious appearance/disappearance of Jazette Employee would have me at my most pessimistic....but then again JPot and others have been receiving checks...from various couriers...and recently too. As usual, it is absolutely impossible to get any read on anything.

Fyi Got My Money again
Withdrawal by check request made on June 6, Got it on July 6 by DHL.
Ive received all my withdrawals within a 3-6 week timeframe..
Dont worry you will get your money.. I was super worried back in March, but Ive had ZERO problems with them if you are willing to wait it out..
My advice is not to put a lot in the site overall.. just keep it under 1k and u should be safe!!
But ive received close to 10k in withdrawals since March!!

better hope so...if not they'll send the funds back cause no one is living there and then you'll have to wait 6 weeks for them to get it back and credit it back to your gaming account...and then another 30 business days for them to send it again because the backlog will be really long by that time..(football season and all) at this rate you'll get your money by the first......of 2008. just a thought...if its not sent by the 30th ask them to credit it back to your account so you can get it sent to the new address. just to save u a bunch of headaches.Comment -
For those sweating non-us payouts.
I have been informed as previously stated on the thread that there is NO WAY they can get me my money. They apologize for the "inconvenience" (I thought it was called Grand Larceny in the US but there you go).
I have told them I am visiting the USA in 7 days time. I have told them that I expect to get ALL my money via check (as that's apparently the only option) while I am over there.
They have not replied to this email for 4 days. In this situation, despite being busy, I am fairly sure that at THIS point I am one of the larger creditors (as some large players have received a large % of their funds as stated on the thread).
Now I am willing to forgive, and despite being messed around for 3-4 months may (20% chance) have played at sportsbook again if they had reinstated neteller or similar for non-US guys. Now I will NEVER play with them again, even with free money. This is the last straw.
I can't see ANY business coming back from what's happened in the last few months. They owe MILLIONS to non-US clients and just seem to think they are going to go away - they admitted to me that they are doing 25% of their business outside of the US these days (so they can't pay 1/4 of their customers, what kind of business do they think they are running?). They have no future and surely will collapse within 6/12 months, my advice to all is to get as much as you can out of them and run for the hills to other sportsbooks who actually give a damn about paying their punters.
Remarkably similar to a lot of sportsbook collapses, I think they may pull through this situation, all will seem rosy on the surface but then in a few months time there will be more payout problems which will never be resolved, and they will disappear owing 8 figures plus.
I'll keep you posted as to their reply to my proposition of sending the checks to a US hotel address.Comment -

Yea man none of their customers are "special". I bet they'd have you fax them an ID with the hotel address on your ID and thats not gonna happen...good luck to you. I think you'll get your money in the future but I don't believe they're gonna deliver them like that.Comment -

I just don't understand SB's / their processors business practices. I'm getting mid - June withdraw date checks and others are still waiting when they withdrew weeks before me. SB will certainly pay in the future for running a business this erratically! It's just unbelievable.Comment -
