Live chat and telephone customer service said my 3 checks were sent yeterday&today

It was like pulling teeth to get clear answers the last couple of weeks where I just kept getting the runaround on when my 3 checks would be sent but today there was a marked difference in customer service where I got a definitive answer that my checks were sent in the mail.I guess within a week or so I will know if they were telling the truth.

Just got off with CS with MySportsbook. I did a withdrawl June 2, and June 8. The CS rep via live chat states that the June 2 withdrawl is going to be shipped out July 12. The June 8 is still pending. Hope this is true........

I havent recieved the email yet from my may 25th withdrawal that went today (supposedly). i did talk to two customer service reps and live chat with two more and they did all tell me the same thing...went fed ex today. I am still a little skeptical (as everyone should be).

I do see though, that people on hear are posting that they are being told.

A. shipped today
B. shipping July 12th
C. still in process

This makes me think they are not just making things up. Plus, my last shipment i didnt receive the conf email til the next morning.

If, indeed, they are lying to people that there withdrawals are actually shipped now and scheduled to ship after all this....they must be shutting down shop...because they are gonna lose a ton of customers. And if they were shutting down, why would they care to do damage control?

Update tomorrow....keep the faith. Its the first glimmer we have had. Why wait so long not telling us anything and then suddenly start giving dates if not legit...wouldnt make sense

They told me last week that one of my withdrawals was going to be sent on July 6 and I didnt get an email about it until 4 days later. I do think these people are sending these chexks out.

agreed, poker software for one of their sister networks just had an update. there is no reason to believe they are going under or stiffing us.

full tilt had similar issues with their processor in the past months. i promptly received my withdrawals for 10k once these issues were resolved.

well this is good news that people are seeing checks.

I currently have 16 pending withdrawals but my first one wasn't until July 2nd. I guess I should wait till August to check into it.

Players Only and Superbook have been revamped-upgraded recently.

It looks like they are trying to be in it for the longterm ''gearing up to last for at least football season''because they have really upgraded their webpages and software at places like Players Only recently.They even gave a midweek All Star game $15 free no risk bet and the webpages are very active with upgraded info.every couple hours.

Still waiting for a mid-May withdrawal request from superbook.com. Received an email on July 5th stating things were slow because all checks now being sent via express courier, blah blah.

I've pretty much written off the money. If it does show though I will update here.

FYI: Called CS (for sports.com, a sister site) and was told first withdrawal (5/30) mailed out. Did not receive e-mail notice. This follows pattern of a 5/07 withdrawal which I received WITHOUT a confirmation e-mail.

I have a request from 6/5 and was told mailed oout yesterday, but when i asked why no e-mail yet, I was told that the withdrawl department was on vacation and only 2 where working in there, so it would take a while to get the e-mails out. I told him that was crazy considering the withdrawl problems right now and he responds "We cant just work all year" I understand vacation but the whole department at once, It doesnt matter because it was a lie anyway, when I asked to speak to his supervisor about this, he said he was on vacation too and there was not one there, yea right. Anyway its the same old shit from them.

I actually believe they sent the checks out that they owed me because I have talked to a number of management types through e-mail and the phone as well as the peons on live chat and they all pinpointed the day the checks were sent.Up until now they always had the form letter e-mails,live chat form letters,no processor talk on the phone etc.I actually don't think they are all clever enough to orchestrate and coordinate a time frame conspiracy of when fantom checks were sent unless they actually were.If that's the case,they will be shutting their websites down in a couple weeks.

UIGEA FAILED TO MEET THE DATE TO ENFORCE THE BILL

Today marked the end of the UIGEA’s 270 day deadline to enter into action the regulations of the bill. It failed to do so.

Here are some comments by one of G&C’s sources in high places:

“As of 5pm est. time today, the meeting of the US Treasury was ended in still a blank.” Which from everything I have heard and seen today, could be a fabulous point for the internet gambling industry.”

I really wouldn't worry too much about whether you get a confirmation email or not. If they say they sent your request to the processor, i would trust them. You just have to hope the processor sends the money to you. Right now it does appear that all thier processors are sending the checks within a weeks time

Marc, but for the fact that I have pending withdrawals from 5/16 & 5/18 that were both "sent to the processor" (one I was told via live chat & the other I DID receive the e-mail for), I would be with you. But since these 2 checks have mysteriously "gone missing", I can't get your back on this one.

Called today and was told that my 5/28 withdrawal was sent out yesterday (7/10). They told me that I can call tomorrow (48 hours) for a tracking number. It definitely seems like they are now making progress with their newly acquired processors. I will continue to keep everyone updated...

I talked to live chat today with SB and this is what I got. First off my WD's were :june 5,6,8,15,22 (all for between $2400-$2500) june22nd WD processed,got conf. email july 4 received check monday july 9th deposited in my bank and it cleared this morning.
Asked about my other 4 she was very discriptive: my june 15th and 8th were sent out today,the 15th DHL and the 8th by fedex.. the WD on 5th will be sent out july 12th by fedex and the june 6th will be processed shortly.
I don't have a clue why all of a sudden they have all this info. at their fingertips,but I am trying to keep the faith on all of this sh--!
as you can see from above, they seem to be working on these WD's backwards. REASON- I believe it is damage control. the more they get processed in a relatively timely manner the less customers they will lose. they probably feel that people who have already been waiting a month or longer are gonna take their buisness elsewhere anyway.so the mid to late May and early june WD's ,they will get to them when they get to them.

thats funny, when i asked for a tracking # for my fed ex withdrawal, they told me they can't give those out due to something or other about so many checks going out that they don't have the resources to get everybody their tracking #s from the processor...sounded like a bunch of bull...especially when he cut and pasted the one that was talking about DHL, and then I pointed out that he had just told me it went fed ex...and he said...oh yes, that is correct, the same still holds true...lol...insert foot in mouth@!

I requested a withdrawal of 2K on June 4......I've been watching this thread daily and I got the same responses from live chat....I received an email July 2, saying my chck was sent out July 1, waited till yesterday to cont live chat again..They told me I should recv within this week....Guess what? I have called and they said they can not give me a time frame as to how long it will take. Feel like I am getting shafted here. I have not even recieved an email stating that they have been processed, just one that says it request recieved. I am really disapointed.
