#5012I told them the truth. BofA came back and said that they won't get involved in any dispute related to online gambling. CHase and Citi each gave me conditoanl credits. But it's been over months now, and still appears unresolved. ALthough sportsbook.com closed my accounts. So i'm not 100% certain as to whether the chargebacks will ultimately go through, but it's starting to look like I should get my moneyComment -

#5013Marc,
I thought Chase was supposed to notify you within 14 days on the outcome of the dispute? I thought I did one a long time ago and they gave me the provisional credit and then about two weeks later I got a letter saying indeed it was not authorized and everything was good to go. Maybe they forgot to send you the letter?Comment -

#5015Yeah I remember signing one a long time ago for something I was having an issue with. Can't remember now, but yeah they sent me some form. Filled out some basic info about the transaction, date, and the amount I believe. Then had to mail it or fax it back to them. Pretty sure I faxed it.
Then about three days later they put the funds back in my account as what they called a provisional credit till the outcome of the dispute. If it ruled in may favor the funds stayed. If not then they were taken back out. Anyways about two weeks after they sent me a letter say that my charge had not been authorized and that the funds were to stay in my account. Pretty sure that's how it happened. Not sure of the process now.Comment -

ABout 2 weeks later I called chase to see if they would send me a check for the credit I had on my account. I got a call back a couple of hours later asking for more information about the dispute. After answering their questions, I asked if this meant that the matter wasn't fully resolved, and they said that it wasn't. Now it is a month since I got the letter, and I have yet to see any response from sportsbook.com So I don't know what the status is. For now, Chase will let me spend the money, but they still haven't sent me a check. I'll likely call them back next week and see what is going on.Comment -

#5019Marc,
If they gave you the credit then why would they send you a check? The credit they gave you is the money you were supposed to get back from the deposits to Sportsbook.com. I don't believe they would send you a check as they would just deposit the money back into the account, which seems they did since they gave you the credit. If it was reversed then they would take the credit back out of your account since you lost the dispute.
Also one thing. Did you send them a copy of the card and your drivers license? I am assuming you did since Sportsbook would have required that in order to process any withdraw. Any chance Sportsbook could use that info to prove/show for the dispute?Comment -

The credit is on my credit card. So the only way to access it would be by going on a spending spree. That's why I asked if they could just send me a check for the credit balance, whihc ordinarily they would do. I'm not clear as to why they haven't sent the check yet.
My credit cardsw were all hyperactive, soi sent my id and copies of my credit cards on numerous occasions to sportsbook.com. But I never claimed that the charges weren't legit. I only claimed that they owed me money and weren't able to pay me backComment -

Somebody recently recommended emailing the moderator of this forum because he was helping people out with their sportsbook.com withdrawals. Thought I would give him a shot with a withdrawal from june 11th, not the oldest, I know, but I'd still like to get the ball rolling on it as soon as I can...ya know...so anyways...here is the response I got from him, I'll let you guys know how it goes and for now, I would recommend giving him a try if your having trouble with your early june/may withdrawals. I know somebody said they don't like him because he censors what you write about sportsbook.com because he is in their pocket, but I would think the logical thing to do is put that aside, don't talk crap about sportsbook.com, and use him as much as you can to get your withdrawals, because that is the point we are all on here in the first place, right? getting paid ? Not making a point? Swallow the pride for a second and suck it up and who knows, maybe he can get you some of your withdrawals. Just my thoughts on the subject. P.S...Maybe he can actually talk to somebody that doesn't copy and paste their messages!
Hello Christopher, thank you for writing. I will definitely make an inquiry into your situation with Sportsbook.com management and see if I can find out exactly where you stand right now. I want to re-assure you that players are getting paid everyday now in huge numbers and basically it is a situation where you have to wait your turn. I know most of the very early June withdrawals are completed and the mid June withdrawals are starting to go out (that would include yours). Let me see what I can find out and I will get back to you asap but that might not be until Monday because it is now late on Thursday and I want to make sure I talk to the right person and hopefully will be able to reach him tomorrow (Friday) but if not Monday for sure (weekends are no good for working withdrawal disputes)..
Please have some patience but I promise to be of assistance to you until you receive your funds.

#5029Hi Guys,
Just joined the forum and I have read every post regarding this thread concerning sportsbook.com...Needless to say, I'm in the same predicament as most of my fellow gamblers on this forum...I made a request with SB on May 30th for $2500 via "express" courier check method and just like Srhspaded, drukenlullaby, and anyone else that I might have missed, I was told that my check finally went out on july 10th via FED EX after waiting nearly six damn weeks!...but like the aforementioned people, I did not get a confirmation email with a tracking number to confirm and/or prove this...As of today, friday the 13th, still no check by FED EX and I live in the eastern time zone of the U.S.....What really troubles me the most with SB, is the "customer service reps" and their non-stop constant lies...If they were just upfront and honest with us from the beginning, I wouldn't have a problem waiting a few extra weeks or even a month or so to get paid but when you start hearing every conceivable excuse for not getting your funds and when cs reps deliberately lie to you, and then red flags go up and you wonder if SB has become antoher fly-by-the-night scam book...Well, I'll keep everybody informed on my situation and see "if" and "when" I get my check.Comment -

#5036Marc,
excellent posts!..I feel your pain, bro...unfortunately, you being a non-U.S. resident, you're really up shits creek without a paddle until they install some kind of payment method for non U.S. players...which brings me to my next point of contention: If SB is using the recent U.S. anti-gambling laws and stringent restrictions as the reason why they are having "processing" issues and "backlog" issues, then what in the hell does that have to do with international players getting stiffed or not payed?!!...I'm not sure of anyone has answered this question or not..I know that you briefly mentioned this dilemma in previous threads but this is exactly the reason why the anti-legislation excuse doesn't completely wash with me..because it shouldn't have a damn thing to do with international players...anyhow, I hope you and Mark Shark get what's coming to you....Like everyone else, CS tells me that they got four new processors now!..only time will tell if they are telling the truth.Comment -

like i mentioned in a previous post, full tilt was going through similar issues. cs reps lying, finally telling the truth about processor issues, resolving issues, and checks finally arriving.....
the only part missing with sportsbook.com is the checks arriving. i'm hoping to read posts about people receiving checks next week. we should all start freaking if that isn't the case.Comment -
