sportsbook delay
guys i am new to this thing but i searched on the net for anyone who was in the same situation as myself... i am waiting on 4 withdrawals , the earliest being june 5th and twice I cancelled one of them and put the money back only to win more and then request more money... havent seen any of them yet and thats why i am worried. Reading everyones post about SB.com makes me feel a bit better knowing some have been getting paid lately.
I make it a habit to call every other day to find out what the hell is the delay and today they told me they are back on fedex now and that they can only do a certain amount of checks per day. So i asked them why not refund to cc , but they said no. Then they told me it will come and that they have never missed a payout in 10 yr history and that they would not work there if the company didnt meet a payout.
Anyway all we can do is hope it comes, meanwhile we are down the money we deposited$#@$@ ... everyone keep us all updated on this situation if you hear anything else.Comment -
I have never heard of anyone ever NOT getting paid from sportsbook.com since I started playing with them in 00'... I have read as much as I can find about them and so far that CS Rep. to my knowledge is right... Pending the people waiting does anyone know differant..?Comment -

I am waiting on a payout from FieldGoal.com which I am told is a part of Sportsbook.com. I've been waiting since June 6th and I have been calling them once a week since they don't even reply to emails. Every week it's the same thing which is that they don't know when my payout will be processed and they are backlogged but I should rest assure that I will get my money which doesn't really make me feel better. I kept trying to get an answer from the csr about how long this was going to take and she would not speculate so I speculated for her. I said to her, so I might get my money in another couple of months ? The csr replied "oh no, it won't take that long. We are adding two new processors in the next two weeks and then payouts should speed up". So, I'll take that as a positive and call them back in two weeks. This is all very disappointing because right after the super bowl, they paid out over $5,000 and it was on my doorstep within 7 days. Then, in March they paid out another $2000 which took over three weeks to get to me which was too long but I got paid. I thought I'd found a reliable book who were really on top of business. Obviously, I was wrong. I think they are running their day to day operations at a cash deficit and are waiting for the deposits to come in at the beginning of football season to play catch up. The excuses about processors might have some truth to it. But, I don't believe that is the main culprit here.Comment -

I called this morning and it has now been 28 days since i requested my earliest of the withdrawals and again the csr says "they are all pending" and he told me one of them would be sent later this week or next week.. the same thing they told me 2 weeks ago. I have faith that one day I may receive the $$$ that I worked hard for... but who knows.Comment -

I think we will all get paid but due to the massive crap going on with everything
There is just allot of uncertainty going on with everything these days where you now need a friggin passport to come back from Canada,groceries are going through the roof,gas is just one hurricane away from being $4 a gallon etc.etc.Everyone laughs at the sky is falling people who they say imagine a crisis but look at how in the last year the kaibosh was put on our freedom to gamble online.A year ago people on SBR were laughing at the people who said the hammer was going to drop on it.Then you have idiots with allot of $$$$$$$ exposing it in the stock market and any 9-11 situation can happen where Wall Street shuts down for a week and on Friday closing the stock that you had trading at $40 a share opens up at $20 a share the next week.
Sportsbook.com has never stiffed anyone but if a company were to close it's doors because of our government laws it would be logical that some sportsbooks would not pay you.Comment -

A possible solution for putting to bed this "Mother OF All Threads" is for SBR to offer a very large prize to the 5,000th reply (must be a different poster than the 4,999th reply).

There is hope
I've been checking this thread everyday for the last two weeks. I unfortunately am in the same spot as you guys. Was waiting on two withdrawals from late may/ eary june. I had all but lost hope then today I got an email saying my $500 from may 22 has been sent out today via dhl and should arrive within a week! Still waiting on a $1500 withthdrawal from june 4. Hopefully this means that they are indeed paying everyone - just slowly.Comment -

All of my payouts processed back in February and March were sent out by a processor located in Las Vegas. The delivery from DHL included a check and a paper slip from the check processor with a number to call if there was a problem. Does anyone who recently received payment have the name of the company or this phone number? Thanks in advance. I'd love to call them to see if they have any clue of the status of my withdrawals (requested 5-25 and 5-29). I've been getting the run around from CS reps. ThanksComment -

4 weeks to process a withdrawal is absolutley absurd though. Thats 20 freakin business days to print and send a check. I could cut the tree down and make the paper at home to write the check on in that time.Comment -

uh oh. I've put in 5 requests this last 3 days for 2500 each and still have a lot to go. I'm keeping a spreadsheet of all my requests.
I still have about 25 more to go - so I'm very concerned. I'm doing 2 a day every day until I'm out

Well I doubt it was actually sent 7/4 because that was a national holiday for us here in the States. If you requested a check for 2500 or less than it will be coming from a bank in Las Vegas. So really I would say it will be shipped today the latest. It should arrive by DHL within 5 business days the latest. I would say you will see your check Monday morning. By all means do keep us updated on the status.Comment -
