You could be right, we could be headed for bear territory, we can not discount that Head and Shoulders and now how we've covered the gap from the end of last year.

The market is stepping down and not much to report except to say the new support line is now resistance as the SMA 10 acts as about the same as it flattens into a curve. There is a lot of season left so I'm keeping the outlook the same and neither trying catch a falling knife here nor overacting to the shakeout and reducing out units. This is one Fund Gold, and just the backbone of it.
It's ok Gold, it's very dangerous to overreact. There has been a shift in win percentage in the form of a shakeout. It doesn't represent a loss of edge or anything fundamentally wrong here. We are still generating plays and the market still offers value all over the place.
This is where the patience part of patience and discipline shows it's need. Be patient Gold.
Don't ever fear a market drop, embrace the drop.
Just make sure you have all the right equipment to be able to land and move on, to fly again...

Not a bad look, deep sell signal, depressed market, but you may have waited too long and never forget things can move fast. We've only lost about -12 units during the crash.
Just -12 units over a week. Look at the beginning of 2020, 8 straight losses and it got worse before a +20 unit run.
Look at how deep we went in 2019, there's a -25 units drop there. That might be the broader Fund in the chart below, but even the Backbone dropped -16 units going from +15 units to -1 units during that time before recovering to +21 units.
Never forget just how volatile these markets are, Gold. Don't let a shakeout shake you from your edges, Gold, that's what the market wants. That's what separates the men from the boys. Be patient.

I'm posting these now because the market volatility is high, the drop has occurred, then a small dead cat bounce and a final shakeout ending with the SF Giants Grand slam last night and the Philly loss.
Remember, it's only after you can appreciate what they bring that you can truly appreciate how they bring it.
Going to be hot today, the swimming pool may be in my future once these markets stabilize.

Gold don't be a fool, this isn't about thinking or not, I am disciplined and srugical in the objective strikes here.
My office is on high alert and taking advantage of the current market.
