Oil FINALLY back over $50, up almost $1 to $50.83
Gold still in profit taking mode down $4 more today

US bonds down for the 4th day in a row as money continues to flow from paper to stocks.

The China deal is a done deal but could easily take all of '19 to finalize.

Sellers are bailing out of gov bonds anticipating higher growth. The 10 year is the one to watch. It's in a sweet spot under 2.75%.

Donald Trump is the best US President we've seen in the past 30 years. US economy is booming thanks to Trump despite underhanded efforts to contain growth and crash markets. We're in uncharted territory which elevates the difficulty level in equities and investment trading.

Active traders who regularly follow the news can usually trace shifts in market price back to one news story or another. Price shifts unrelated to news stories are governed by pump and dump cycles, which often revolve around collusion and coordinated efforts despite that going against the grain in terms of morals and ethics.

A lot of whale traders don't even bother trying to predict markets they simply stay informed as to when one of their whale peers are dumping en masse and utilizze the timing to make leveraged short plays. Its even worse in crypto currencies where trading volume is lower.

Anyways, in a perfect world, I might stop commenting on sports and politics... Sell out. And focus solely on making money. Haven't traded since bitcoin arbitrage across trading platforms was a thing. Maybe I'll get back into it now that working for the greater good in terms of society seems to be a complete bust.

Yes it was. Nice dividend at that.

STWD has recovered from when it was dragged down with the market. This guy is not normally volatile as we all know. Their qtrly is 3 weeks from tomorrow. If it's a little more volatile than normal I wouldn't worry.

This will be the first report that includes the acquisition from GE. There could be some balance sheet clean up(write offs) and financing issues. No big deal.

Tax free bonds are moving higher probably because Dems will do everything to raise top rates. Even trade a wall.

Pay over 5% tax free and have a lot of room to move higher for those looking for a safe trade.

I'm gonna repeat this trade. All 3 have moved higher but there is more to go.

Everytime you hear a lib even mention 70% taxes these funds go UP.

Further, Trump IS going to make a deal to raise or create a new bracket on income. It will likely be 45% on income over $3 million.

These high grade municipals have no where to go but up if there is a tax on the rich. And if there is no tax increase they will likely be flat and just pay 5% tax free.

This is the trade I've been preaching for a month. This is VGM. So Warren cones out with her "wealth tax" today and these high grade municipals begin to move. Is it as exciting as my man homie's 10% 1 day gain on the 3x semi's? No.
