opie...I do not follow the picks in here...but agree they offer good insight... I finished my day at 1-0...after a crappy weekend with college ball...finished week up a little.. But I wanted to disagree on the haters point... I do not see one person saying anything wrong...they are frustrated because of the losses and they should be... They never said anything against Kroy... and I an sure he will agree...he will bounce back...

This is the reason I think football threads are so hard the games are a week apart... Still SNF, MNF this week but I think you get my point...frustrated posters...no one hating...

`Nobody can hit 67% long term. You can have a great year over 60 % sure but you just give some back the next year when you go 48%. Everybody has losing years and nobody can hit near 60% over a spam of 1000 games , i don't care how selective you are. I wouldn't be to upset this happens to everybody considering your prior success I would think breaking even this year would be an accomplishment. Keep your head up i'm sure you will be just fine in the long term. BOL in the future.

Looks like the Philly over is a stinker as well, never imagined it would be this kind of day. I'm going to seriously reassess my process and what's going wrong so far this year, sorry to all who tailed this week I hope the damage wasn't too horrible

Tough week Kroy. All your picks looked solid on paper. If it makes u feel any better there aren't many people doing well after 3 weeks. The consensus picks from the Hilton are 6-8-1 after 3 weeks and the back to back champ is 7-7-1. The public went 4-9 ATS today and are 17-26-2 record overall.

I like the angles you take on games and I'm sure things will turn around soon.

lol. There is a 2-3 struggle. And then there is a 0-4 struggle.
There is actually a good difference between a 2-3 and a 0-4 struggle. I still made money today (1-1 ATS and hit a ML Parlay) so I'm happy. And if GB covers tomorrow I'll be + on my ATS bets, and money overall. If they lose I'll only be + a little.

But like I said, difference in a 2-3 and a 0-4 week lol.

Hey Kroy, I know you'll play game where you see values, but I have noticed at least IMO, that totals are very hard to cap. So many things can go wrong to **** up your total play. I think maybe you should just focus on sides and try to ignore totals cuz most of the time they are a crap shoot. Either way, good luck the rest of the season. I'll be here with ya.

I was killing totals last year early in the season, this year I've just made some puzzling decisions with what I've landed on though. Hind sight is 20-20 but yeesh, something in my process has to change. This caps off the worst week I've ever had, good news is things can only get better from here.

Week 3 Picks: 0-4-0 ATS
Overall Record: 6-8-0 ATS
Leroy's Contest Picks: 6-9-0 ATS

Duh, last year had favorites covering 10 pt spreads and several teams you could fade/tail every week for easy cash.

This could not be more true, and its funny cause so many posters/cappers on this forum believe they can hit 70%, 80%, 90% in the long run. Its really funny actually and makes the newbs just stick out right away. There is just soooo much variance in sports betting that 60% is the absolute ceiling in the long run... mayyybe 65% if you are very selective and only to a play or two a week.
