Alright don't have much time getting ready to hit the beach with my son. Today I am liking Araon Harang from the Dodgers. Harang i 2-1 with a 2.89 ERA and 1.45 WHIP the last 3 games. He will face a Miami team that is struggling to hit the ball as of late. Miami is averaging less thana 3 runs per game the last 5 games in which they are just 1-4. Adrian Gonzalez made his impact last night in LA and the Dodgers are going to be extrmely tough to beat with the confidence they gained by getting Gonzalez. I think they give Harang some run support today and he should be able to grab the win against this struggling Miami team. Good Luck everyone.

Bad call by me guys with Harang. Harang did not perform as well as I wanted but his price was right because the guys I surrounded him with had a big day to help me cash again. I will loo to get it back for Monday.

Like I said guys that was a bad call by me on Harang. You know sometimes even when you have a pitcher that doesn't perform well the rest of the lineup will pick it up for you like yesterday for me. I know pitching is huge and that is why I try to find a solid pitcher everyday that will get me double digit scoring. I am not big on spending big money on pitching especially guys like Price and King Felix today. Those two guys are priced extremely high and it is hard to fiind a group of solid hitters to put around them. What I like to do is try and find a pitcher that is averaging double digit scoring at home or away on the season and the last 3 games. Once I narrow those guys down then I look at the success they have had against their opponent and how well their oppenent has been hitting the ball. Usually when I meet that criteria then it is a solid night for pitching for me. Looking at today I am not finding much of that criteria.

So for today I am going to have to go out on a limb and take a gamble. I am looking at either Francisco Liriano from the White Sox and Kyle Loshe from St Louis. Both guys are priced decently on Fanduel so I should be able to find some solid hitters to go along with them. Liriano is 2-0 his last 3 starts in which he is averaging 6 K's per game but just 5.1 innings pitcher per game. Now in his two road starts with his new team he is 1-0 with a 2.92 ERA and a WHIP of 0.97. He is averaging 7 K's per game while averaging 6.1 innings per game. Now this Baltimorw team is hitting .269 against him for their career. Now he does have a hot lineup behind him right now with the Sox hitting the ball extremely well and especially against lefties in which they are hitting .350 against lefties the last 5 games.

Loshe on the other hand is is hot going 1-0 his last 3 games with a 1.31 ERA and a WHIP of 0.77. Loshe has been solid on the road this season going 6-1 with a 3.02 ERA and a WHIP of 1.12. He is averaging over 6 innings per game both the last 3 and on the road. This Pittsburgh lineup is hitting .303 against Loshe for their career. He did though shut this Pirates lineup down once this season in Pittsbrugh going 7 strong allowing just 1 ER with 5 K's.

I am torn right now. I like the price on both of these guys and they both have somewhat decent numbers. I am leaning a little BI more towards Liriano only because of how hot this WhiteSox lineup has been against lefties and AJ Burnett is pitching for Pittsbrugh and he has great numbers at home this season.

Guys I am sorry. I have really thrown some crap pitchers out their the past few days. Today I am gong to go with Matt Cain. Cain faces a Houston team that he has faced twice this season. Cain is 2-0 with a 0.59 ERA against Houston this year. He has averaged 7.66 innings per game and 10 K's per game. Let's not forget the perfect game he had against them this season. This Houston lineup is hitting just .137 against Cain. Cain has been red hot the last 3 games going with a 1.61 ERA and a 0.85 WHIP. Guys he is not priced all that bad for how well he has pitched and especially for facing a team that he has success against. Let' get back to winning ways tonight. Good Luck everyone.

Another shit night for me last night. Gonna take the day off today. This vacation I am on got me out of my groove. Alright guys I took the day off yesterday to clear my mind. This vacation is killing my fantasy baseball. Must be all the beers I am throwing back during the day.

Today I am going to jump back into the baseball. Jon Lester is on my list for pitching today. Lester is 3-0 with a 2.25 ERA and 1.10 WHIP his last 3 games. Lester is averaging 7.3 K's per game the last 3 and almost 7 innings piched per game. He does have some good numbers against the Angels. Lester is 4-1 his last 5 vs the Angels with a 1.32 ERA while averaging 7 innings per game pitched and 6.6 K's per game over that span. This Angels team is hitting just .231 against him. Zach Greinke goes for the Angels tonight he has not been all that impressive thus far in an Angels uniform. Boston has some nice numbers against him, hitting .331 for a career agaiinst him.

I like Lester to get some run support today and pick up a big win against the Angels today.
