Ok so instead of 50k on Monday as I predicted, it came on Tuesday shoot me. I did sell .2056891 of my Bitcoin though to fund my sports accounts. So now I just have one FULL coin.

Dang this is like some of my stocks that I bought at a very low price and then people ask me about buying them now!
I would never tell anybody to buy BT-C at no damn $50 thousand dollars per coin! BUT!.......... Every time it has a small dip in price, then people use it at a reason to buy or add more! When you have supportive price action like that, then it is hard to not say buy it! Or at least HOLD what you got and set a loss limit on it!

Wow I just saw that 60% of people have held their BT-C for over a year!! Yes SIXTY percent of all bit-coin has not moved in the last 12 months! People are just holding it like a stock!! No wonder it is skyrocketing!
60% of the supply hasn't moved in a year!

between 30k and 40k i did... didn't have anything going from 40k to 50k, other than holding some

i have a buy in at 46,400 and might play that game again if it drops

should've never sold most of my DOT, jeez that thing is unreal

1. The Winklevi's
2. Dan Larimer (Block One) - I know they sank huge amount of their $4B ICO for EOS into Bitcoin.
3. MicroStrategy maybe?

Who else? I think there's probably some whales that keep it spread out....

Correct. The "Mostly whales" have just been sitting there with it through ALL the price action of the last year!

And now they've all busted themselves through a $50 thousand dollar per B-coin target!

back into the offshore casinos in one drunken night of losing

Now $4G times a 5X price increase since AUG,

that $4G of BT-C would now be worth $20 grand! Oh well. Good luck to those that can hold it and not

send it offshore and gamble it! Because it sure ain't me that can do that!

Hearing more and more talk from Youtubers about things being different this cycle. Sort of a crack in the paradigm. Some are speculating that the bull run may run longer than usual and that the bear market that usually follows a run-up might not be as harsh as they usually are. Crypto Zombie and Aaron Bennett to name two.....

I agree with what Arky was saying about extended bull run and a less severe bear. It makes sense.

I think a lot of the top wallets are cold storage for places like Coinbase and Binance. It's interesting that the guys who own the large exchanges are also the whales that could easily manipulate the market if they wanted to.

just imagine how much BTC dust is laying in wallets too esp now with fees so high its not movebale its just sits in wallets not useable and may never be. Its dead money basically

According to that link only about 0.02%. I would have thought it would be a lot more. I suppose you could try and send it with a very low fee and hope it processes at some point.
