Thursday Night Football Prop Predictions

1st half spread: Raiders -3.5 (+100) ★★★★

The Raiders enter Thursday night scoring an average of 12.5 first half points per game. They went into the locker with a halftime lead five times this season. Four times, they outscored their opponents by more than this margin. Their defense may be an obstacle to overcome though, giving up an average 13.3 points before the half.

The Rams suffer in the first two quarters, scoring only 10.1 PPG in the initial 30 minutes. They've trailed at halftime six times this year. Four of those exceeded this prop mark. In their two games without QB Matt Stafford, Los Angeles posted just 16 total points in the first half. The Rams' opposition accumulated 27 points against them.

DraftKings offers this line without a hook, but gives Las Vegas -115, while Hard Rock has the same spread at -120 in the Raiders' favor.

Cam Akers Over 49.5 rushing yards & TD (+370) ★★★★

In spite of his overall poor performance this season, Rams running back Cam Akers rushed for at least 50 yards in two of his last three outings. He's had 39 opportunities to carry the ball in that span. Last week, he out-snapped fellow RB Kyren Williams 46-18. Seven backs went Over this total against the Raiders.

Last week, Akers found the end zone twice against the Seattle Seahawks. Until then, he'd only rushed for one touchdown this season. However, he faces a Vegas defense that allowed an opposing running back to cross the goal line in five of their last six games, including Travis Etienne and Kenneth Walker, who each got two rushing TDs.

J. Jacobs 100+ rush yards, D. Adams 100+ rec yards (+300) ★★★★★

Raiders RB Josh Jacobs accumulated 1,303 rushing yards this year and is the NFL’s leading rusher. Vegas' lead back gained at least 100 yards in three straight matchups. Overall, Jacobs eclipsed the century mark in six games this season. The Rams boast a top 5 run D allowing just 96.7 rushing yards per game. However, they let 49ers back Christian McCaffrey get close to this mark, giving him 94 yards.

Vegas wideout Davante Adams is one of only four NFL wide receivers to get more than 1,000 receiving yards in 2022. He tallied at least 100 passing yards in four of his last five contests.  L.A. ranks an NFL 11th worst in passing yards allowed per game (236.3).  Six wideouts went over 100 receiving yards against the Rams including both Seahawks WRs Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf last week.
