The Los Angeles Rams are in a freefall and could be catching the Las Vegas Raiders at the wrong time, as the Silver and Black have won three straight games. Here are our Week 14 Raiders-Rams same-game parlay picks.

With a three-game winning streak in their pocket, the Raiders (5-7) are clinging to distant playoff hopes entering Thursday night’s matchup against the downtrodden Rams (3-9).

Here are my same-game parlay picks for the Week 14 Thursday Night Football matchup between the Raiders and Rams (odds via FanDuel Sportsbook; Pick confidence is based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Same-Game Parlay Predictions for Raiders vs. Rams

Raiders -6.5 (-118) ★★★

The Rams are going to be a dumpster fire in their own building Thursday night without Matthew Stafford, Cooper Kupp, Aaron Donald, and Allen Robinson. Los Angeles has lost six straight games and has fallen to such depths that it decided claiming Baker Mayfield is a good idea. Oh, and he might even be active for this contest.

Whether it’s Mayfield, John Wolford, or Bryce Perkins, I don’t give the Rams much hope to move the ball, even against a Vegas defense allowing 24.7 points per game. The Rams haven’t scored more than 23 points during their six-game slide, and the Raiders just buckled down defensively to limit Justin Herbert and the Chargers to 20 points in Week 13.

The Raiders are trending in the right direction, and they should take advantage of a Rams team that's 2-5 against the spread at home in 2022.

Both DraftKings Sportsbook and FanDuel list the Raiders at -6.5 for same-game parlays. DraftKings is offering a line juiced to -120 on Las Vegas, while FanDuel lists the odds at -118.

Adams Over 88.5 receiving yards (-110) ★★★★

This game features a big matchup between star wide receiver and star cornerback, with Davante Adams squaring off against Jalen Ramsey. Of course, Adams gets moved around the field enough that shadow coverage from Ramsey isn’t likely. And the veteran wideout has experienced success against Ramsey’s Rams.

Adams faced the Rams during the playoffs in January 2021 while with the Green Bay Packers and then again the following season, totaling 17 catches, 170 yards, and a touchdown. The Rams haven’t fielded the imposing pass defense you might expect, allowing 236.3 yards per game through the air (22nd).

The five-time Pro Bowler has cleared this line eight times in 2022, and he’s exceeded 125 receiving yards in four of his past five games. FanDuel lists the total at 88.5 yards with standard -110 odds. DraftKings offers alternate receiving lines on Adams at 84.5 yards (-130 for the Over) and 94.5 yards (+105 for the Over).

Akers Over 44.5 rushing yards (-110) ★★★

Cam Akers wasn’t remarkably efficient during the Rams’ Week 13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. But he found the end zone twice to maintain his role, commanding the bulk of the backfield work over rookie Kyren Williams. Akers finished with 17 carries and 60 yards, with Williams getting just three rushing attempts in a strict backup role.

The Raiders have been a solid matchup for opposing running backs in 2022 while allowing 113.2 rushing yards per game and ranking 21st in run defense DVOA. Akers averaged a disappointing 3.5 yards per carry in Week 13 against Seattle, but he really shouldn’t need to do much better than that to clear this line.

The is essentially a wager that Akers remains comfortably ahead of Williams in the Rams' running back pecking order for at least one more week. I like that bet against a soft Raiders run defense.

Akers’ FanDuel line sits at 44.5 yards with standard -110 odds. The most comparable line at DraftKings features 39.5 yards with juiced-up -170 odds. The value on FanDuel’s parlay is far superior for this matchup.
