The Dallas Mavericks head to Target Center for Game 5 with another chance to eliminate the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Western Conference Finals, and we have you covered with our top Mavericks vs. Timberwolves player props based on the best NBA odds.

The Minnesota Timberwolves secured a 105-100 victory over the Dallas Mavericks in Game 4, avoiding elimination. Trailing 3-1 in the series, the Timberwolves return to Target Center in Minneapolis for Game 5 on Thursday, with tipoff at 8:30 p.m. ET on TNT.

Thanks in part to their recent win, Minnesota is a 4.5-point home favorite. They will rely heavily on Anthony Edwards, who continues to strengthen his NBA Finals MVP odds. Meanwhile, the Mavericks, maintaining a strong series lead, are considered serious contenders with the second-shortest NBA championship odds.

Something to monitor as the game approaches is the status of rookie Dereck Lively II. Luka Doncic Over 49.5 points + rebounds + assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Even when he's having one of the worst shooting performance of his postseason career, Luka Doncic is still putting up numbers you could only dream of doing on NBA2K MyCareer mode. While Doncic shot just 33.3% from the floor in Game 4, he still managed to finish with a triple-double.

The Slovenian superstar has taken on a more significant workload in the series than Cam Newton at Auburn. His usage is through the roof (31.5 combined shots and free throws), and when he's not scoring, he's racking up assists with his lob game. On top of it all, he's the leading rebounder in the series with 9.5 per game.

Through four games, Doncic is averaging 50 PRA and has topped 49.5 in two of his last three games. These odds imply a 51.22% probability he'll hit the Over, according to our odds calculator, with a $10 bet paying out $19.52.

Anthony Edwards Over 14.5 rebounds + assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Ant-Man is back. After the win, he told Dallas Cowboys star Micah Parsons that he'd see him back in Dallas for Game 6. Edwards is oozing confidence once again, and why shouldn't he? He was the star of Game 5, doing his best Doncic impression with 29 points, 10 rebounds, and nine assists.

Despite some early scoring struggles in the series, Edwards has been the Timberwolves best rebounder and playmaker. He leads Minnesota in both categories in the series with 8.8 rebounds and 8.3 assists per game and has gone Over 14.5 in three of four games.

Naz Reid Over 10.5 points ⭐⭐⭐

It was nice to see Karl-Anthony Towns show up and actually hit a few shots between fouls. KAT only played 30 minutes before fouling out of the game, and while he was effective, I don't expect him to replicate his Game 4 performance.

Still weary of his shooting slump and foul issues, I'm backing Naz Reid to be a key contributor in Game 5. Minnesota will need him to score, not just to win, but to justify all of the Naz Reid tattoos. The Sixth Man of the Year is averaging 14.5 points per game in the series and has gone Over 10.5 in four of his last five games.

With Reid shooting 55.3% from the floor, he's poised to get his fair share of looks in Game 5. These odds imply a 53.05% probability this prop hits with a $10 bet paying out $18.85.
