My Heat vs. Spurs player props and NBA best bets target the Over on three different players' offensive totals. Tipoff is set for 8:30 p.m. ET at Frost Bank Center in San Antonio (NBA League Pass).

San Antonio is a 5.5-point betting favorite at home over a Heat squad that’s won three straight, and my NBA picks include backing two Spurs to have a big night.

💰 Best Heat vs. Spurs player prop picks

⬆️ Victor Wembanyama Over 41.5 points + rebounds (-112) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Victor Wembanyama looks like he’s put it all together after two already impressive seasons to start his NBA career.

The highly versatile big man is firmly in the NBA MVP odds race. He’s averaging 31.0 points and 13.8 rebounds per contest while eclipsing this figure (twice) and coming within a total of three points + rebounds of it in his other two contests.

As is the case with virtually any team, the Heat have no real answer for Wemby, even with 7-footer Kel’el Ware patrolling the paint. Wembanyama boasts a massive 32.4% usage rate, and he’s notably even shooting 50.0% from 3-point range over his first two home games.

At -112 odds on FanDuel, the bet has a 52.8% implied probability of hitting, while a $10 bet would net $8.93 in profit.

⬆️ Stephon Castle Over 29.5 points + rebounds + assists (-103) ⭐⭐⭐

With De'Aaron Fox (hamstring) yet to make his season debut, Stephon Castle has taken on a significant ball-handling role and already has a pair of six-assist games. He’s also sporting a 30.0% usage rate and has eclipsed this prop in two of the first four contests, while falling just short in a third.

Castle is averaging 18.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 4.8 assists over his first four games, and he's boosted his rookie-season shooting percentage by nearly 10 points to 52.8%.

He’s also more than doubled his free-throw attempts per game from last season’s 4.2 to 8.8, while Miami has facilitated 31.5 free-throw attempts per contest over its first two road games.

Among the best sports betting sites, FanDuel has the best odds at -103 (50.7% implied probability). A winning $10 wager will bring home $9.74 in profit.

⬆️ Andrew Wiggins Over 22.5 points + rebounds (-117) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Andrew Wiggins’ season has gotten off to somewhat of an uneven start, but he just scored a season-high 21 points Tuesday against the Hornets. The veteran added two rebounds, two assists, three steals, and one block to that line, and he’d hauled in between four and seven boards in his first three contests.

Norman Powell, who boasts a 25.7% usage rate, is doubtful for Thursday's game due to a groin injury, and Wiggins’ just-cited numbers came with Powell sidelined for that game versus Charlotte.

Wiggins sees a team-high plus-4.84% usage differential when Powell is off the floor compared to when the two veterans are on the court together, and he’s averaging 24.5 points and 2.5 rebounds per 36 minutes in that scenario as well.

I'm heading to DraftKings to place my $10 bet, which could win $8.55 in profit with an implied probability of 53.9%.
