It feels like the Fever are on the verge of figuring things out after an inspired effort against the Connecticut Sun on Monday. In the end, though, they still lost that game at home to drop to 0-4 on the season and slip even further down our WNBA power rankings.

It won't get any easier against the Storm, another team with talent that is still finding its form. Even with Nneka Ogwumike (ankle) sidelined, Seattle still features two All-WNBA caliber guards in Jewell Loyd and Skylar Diggins-Smith and a defense that ranks third in points allowed per 100 possessions (96.2) through four games.

This feels like too lean of a price for the home favorites, especially when DraftKings is hanging a 5-point spread on this matchup. These -108 odds from FanDuel are the best in the market and pay out $9.26 in profit on a $10 wager, per our odds converter.

For all of the offensive talent on both sides of this matchup, these teams have really struggled to score. Entering Tuesday, the Fever (11th) and Storm (12th) ranked dead last in offensive rating as they try to find chemistry with new pieces offensively.

That starts with the guard play for each side. Clark has all the talent in the world but clearly isn't in rhythm with frontcourt partner Aliyah Boston, leading to excess turnovers and generally sloppy play. We still haven't seen the best from Loyd or Diggins-Smith, either, and Ogwumike seems unlikely to play in this one.

Caitlin Clark Under 30.5 points + rebounds + assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my favorite bet in the W each and every time the Fever take the court for two reasons: it keeps cashing, and sportsbooks keep hanging a high total, anyway.

Clark is averaging 17 points, 5.5 assists, and 4.0 rebounds (26.5 combined) through her first four games, and she's cleared this total just once when she played a season-high 34 minutes in Saturday's rematch with the New York Liberty.

Then she suffered an ankle injury in Monday's loss to the Sun, and though she returned in the second half, she admitted after the game that it'll likely be "stiff" moving forward. That's just another reason to fade her chances of stuffing the stat sheet against one of the better defenses in the WNBA.

If you're looking for a positive way to bet on Clark's production, this is the one bet I would consider making - especially at these +100 odds from DraftKings, which pay out $10 for every $10 wagered on the Over.

Even with her shooting struggles, Clark has netted at least three triples in three of her first four starts, and she's attempted more 3-pointers (35) than any player in the league. It seems like coach Christie Sides has given her prized rookie the green light to shoot, and Clark has gladly obliged.
