Ohtani extended his homerless streak to nine games with Wednesday's showdown against the Padres despite managing an average exit velocity of 98.1 mph during the game. Sooner or later, these balls are gonna leave the stadium. I'm betting on much, much sooner.

The Dodgers face Logan Webb tonight, who's a monster at home but rather pedestrian on the road. He owns a 3.95 ERA away from home, while Ohtani tends to put on a show at Dodger Stadium. The megastar is managing a 1.018 OPS at home this season, with three more home runs there than on the road despite playing a nearly identical number of games.
