This SEC clash comes with championship implications, and we’ll get you set for the bout with our best Ole Miss vs. Georgia prediction. All our college football picks are based on the NCAAF odds from our best sports betting apps.
The Ole Miss Rebels have rolled off five straight and shown a knack for winning tight games with four of the victories coming by seven points or fewer. Their last hiccup was a 24-10 loss on the road against the Alabama Crimson Tide all the way back in Week 4.
Meanwhile, the undefeated Georgia Bulldogs can secure a place in the SEC Championship Game with a win on Saturday. The Bulldogs have scored at least 30 points in seven games, though they’ve also surrendered at least 20 points in five of their last six.
In conjunction with our other Week 11 college football predictions and college football best bets, here is our best Ole Miss vs. Georgia prediction and our college football picks (odds via our best college football betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).
Ole Miss vs. Georgia prediction: Week 11
Under 59 (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐
The Rebels and quarterback Jaxson Dart have put up fantastic numbers this season. They’re averaging 34.5 points and 455.4 yards per game, and both of those numbers are 18th-best in the country. Yet, it’s hard to forget how they looked against the Crimson Tide earlier this season. The Rebels were held to 301 yards and 10 points.
Last week, Dart and company moved the ball with ease against the Texas A&M Aggies and their eighth-ranked total yardage defense. It was the first time they looked great against a good defense all season.
Even with last week’s success in mind, the Rebels are about to go up against a defense allowing just 285 yards and 16.5 points per game. While the Bulldogs have allowed 20 or more points in five of their last six games, they haven’t allowed more than 21 all season. If the Bulldogs allow 21 again on Saturday, then they’d have to score 38 on their own just to push on this number.
The Bulldogs’ offense has been much better than they’ve gotten credit for. They’re averaging 38.3 points per game, which is ninth-best in the country. They’ve scored at least 24 points in every game and at least 30 in all but two of their SEC games.
But even with the Bulldogs’ offense clicking, we expect them to struggle a bit with the Rebels’ underrated defense. The Rebels have allowed 24 or fewer points in seven of their nine games. Them giving up 35 to the Aggies last week will be fresh in bettor’s minds, but that result was an outlier. We don’t expect either of these teams to score more than 31 this week.

At the moment, only Caesars and bet365 have moved the total up to 59 points. They’re both offering a price of -110, so where you wager between the two is up to you.
We’d recommend holding off on this bet, however. The public will see the numbers that each of these teams have put up on both sides of the ball and bet the Over. If the best sports betting sites move the line in the direction the public is supporting, you may be able to get this total at 60 for -110 or at 59 for +100 or better.

Ole Miss vs. Georgia odds analysis
The Bulldogs opened as 11.5-point favorites. Since then, 69% of wagers have backed the Rebels, which has dropped the spread to 10.5 at three of the five best sportsbooks. It’s hard to imagine the Bulldogs ending as favorites of less than 10 points considering they’ve been favored by double-digits in every game this season. Therefore, we expect it to bounce around between 10 and 11.5 throughout the week.
The total opened at 58.5, and it has either stayed there or gone up a half-point at each of the best live betting sites. Both of these teams are in the top 18 in points per game this season. With neither defense playing very well of late, we expect the public to keep backing the Over and oddsmakers to keep pushing this number toward 60.
