Raonic is not even getting good returns on his 2nd serve.

We'll see what happens. All I know is the kid has shown great nerves in tight situations and I like that. I said yesterday I was waiting to fade him just because of workload, but did not feel today was the day.

Break Raonic. A hold here and it's over.

Are you watching this Raonic game or the Chela one? Kendrick just gave him that break. Wow. Raonic had a horrible return on a 2nd serve, got moved off the court. Kendrick had an easy put away and hit it into the net. On break point, Raonic just barely got his racket on the ball and Kendrick again put it into the net. Thank God. But that was all Kendrick ******* up and nothing to do with Raonic.

What really bugs me with betting on tennis is watching these players pump their fist. Raonic is all going crazy about breaking there. He didn't do a thing. He got a gift. Celebrating like that seems like a dick move.

Why wouldn't you be excited though? Most matches aren't necessarily about what guys do to win, but what their opponents DON'T do. Raonic knew once he got the break that his serve likely carries him to the victory line. I'd be excited. Sounds like you don't dig on the Milos.

I think Im about to get lucky. Kendrick is erroring this game away. I should NOT have bet heavily on Raonic here. He's really not that good. Just has a big serve.

I see pumping your fist on nice beautiful winners where you did something. Raonic was handed a break in a match he's been outplayed in by a scrub. He should feel like shit, not celebrating

Have you watched him in more than just this match? You cannot base your take on a player from one match. He showed much more than serving in Australia. There are certainly matches and situations when he's tired where he'll "Isner" it and rely on his serve solely, but this kid IMO is much more than just a big serve.

Maybe I just dislike him since I'm a Youzhny fan. I thought Youzhny lost more than he won though at the AO

Agreed EP. What did Milos do to you to hate him so much, I mean seriously. He has serious game. While he has been poor at the net today and on his return game, he's got talent. At his age the sky is the limit! Also, why go so heavy on someone you think is a scrub? Oh yeah, why do people get so discouraged early in a match? They do play 3 right?

That's in our DNA. I do that some too.

Love Youzhny. Saw him live at the US Open vs. Wawrinka. Fun times.

This Chela match is about like Kuznetsova & Radwanska. 4 breaks in 9 games. Chela chokes trying to serve out the set.

                                              WTA MEMPHIS: MARINO -143
Rolling with the hard hitting Canadian again here. She's been very solid on-serve this week and in general has a pretty good "power" game suited for this indoor surface. 31 aces in three matches in Memphis. Her 1st serve percentage still needs work, but she has shown the ability to get her 2nd in and win points as well at close to 50% average this week. Rodina has had a nice run as well, but she's been able to capitalize on weak serves from her opponents who have offered up a bountiful # of break points. Marino has offered far less and except for one match where she lost all five she gave out, she's been able to save 60% or better in the other two matches. If her serve is rolling and she keeps the pressure on Rodina to produce on-serve, I THINK Marino has a shot to move on today.

10-4 on Raonic-Fish. Think that might be the spot to fade Raonic. Mardy has looked like his thyroid problem is not a bother any more. Raonic is gonna run out of gas somewhere soon.

Marino is flirting with danger all match so far. Got up an early break in the 1st and choked it up, but worked it to a tie break after falling down a break, only to lose the tie break big. Early break in the 2nd, but she nearly just choked that one back. Be nice to get an extra break the way the WTA always seems to go.

Marino finishes it off 6-1. Buenos Aires done for the day with rain. Chela pending to complete a parlay hopefully tomorrow.

                                                          WTA DUBAI: KUZNETSOVA -113
Same as yesterday, somehow Kuznetsova is finding a way to win. Be it meltdowns from her opponents or elevating her game after an off-set. She's got a good record against Pennetta who has played well this week. I like Pennetta's fighting spirit, but Kuznetsova has the better weaponry on this surface I THINK. Should be a good one, but the Russian is my selection to go to the finals.

                                                          ATP MARSEILLES: YOUZHNY -131
The Russian has a perfect record against Cilic and is in a good groove here. He withstood Tsonga's serve, playing steady tennis and took advantage of Tsonga's few cracks to win yesterday. Cilic upset Berdych, but the key word here that I THINK gives Youzhny the edge is consistency. His ground game features less errors, so if he brings his game and Cilic brings his, I THINK the Russian finds a way again.

Been looking for the opportunity to go against the big hitting Canadian and I THINK this is the time. Fish hasn't had to tax himself too much in his comeback from the thyroid problem and thoroughly outclassed Querrey in a quick match that should keep him fresh. Fish also had his grueling three setter against Lacko that helped show his nerve again, something that could be called into play today. Raonic has been on a superb run, no doubt but at some point - fatigue, mental or physical is going to catch him. Is it today? I THINK as long as Fish holds his service games early and forces Raonic to begin thinking about tie breaks or holding his own serve ... the American has a shot today to get a finals appearance. Won't be easy. Let's see if the money is correct today.
