Fish already broken. Have to hope Raonic dips in level at some point. DelPo-Roddick is really tough to call. This will be DelPo's best test this year because of the surface and situation. I don't know that DelPo is really playing at a high level now, but Roddick isn't either. Roddick's match with Hewitt yesterday though might have been the kind of grinder he needed in anticipation of today. I think you could make a case for both guys who have massive serves. DelPo has the better return game/athleticism I think, but I'm still not sure how he'll hold up mentally and physically in a grinder at the end of a tournament. This will be fun to watch.

You hate the thought of going against a big server but you went against Raonic?
Del Potro didn't look all that great last night against Russell. I expected him to win a lot easier. When Russell got broken early in the 2nd set he just broke down and almost quit. I was pretty fairly impressed with Roddick beating Hewitt though. That's a tough match to decide on.

Hard for the fatigue angle to come into play when you're playing 35 minute sets with very little effort expended. Have to hope Raonic follows his pattern in recent matches where he's let his opponent stay in the match in the 2nd sets with a little drop in level. Don't know if Fish is up for this challenge today though. This is gonna be the last time I "follow the money" though if Fish doesn't come back here. I've done a little too much of this so far in 2011 and it's not something I normally do as much. This year, "the money" has definitely not always been in the right direction.

I didn't bet against Raonic because of that. But I supported EaglesPhan's pick, since I did expect him to lose

Hopefully that might be the tipping point. Grinding, long 10th game in the 2nd set with Fish finally getting the break on the 4th or 5th break point and he gets to serve to start the 3rd. Start strong Mardy!

Meh. After a solid 2nd set serving, Fish Fs up in his 3rd service game. Nighty night Fisheroni. Raonic wasn't that overpowering, but he didn't really have to be tip top. One simple break against this kid and you're pretty much toast. Be interesting to see how he fares in another final.

Yeah, it's gotta be frustrating as **** to have money against Raonic. He only needs 2 breaks in a 3 setter. I didn't watch the game, but I saw on the tracker he was down like 40-0 and 40-15 in a game or two serving, then still wins the game. Frustrating. Safe to say I will never bet against Raonic on hard court unless the odds are really worth it.

You talked me out of going big on JMDP. I'm just gonna go small. Roddick has ****** me before Raonic style with just his big serve. JMDP is serving well though and I think he can force the needed breaks he needs. I thought JMDP was winning this tourney beforehand. Guy is too good to be playing mediocre tennis. I expect him back towards the top soon.

I was one of the many who picked Roddick to win this tournament in our weekly contest. Money is coming in on DelPo more so, so I may just stick with Roddick. F the money.

Will be crazy if Raonic wins 2 tourneys in a row. Would really like to see somebody beat this kid. Del Potro getting a tourney win early in his comeback would be nice.

DelPo is flat. Cannot get a 1st serve in for shit. They're in his 3rd service game and he has a 9% rate of getting his 1st serve in. That is beyond shithouse.

Taking both dogs in Buenos Aires. I'm fairly certain one of them will win, if not both.

                            ROBREDO +160
Almagro & Robredo are the in-form clay court players right now. Almagro is looking to win his third straight clay tournament dating back to last season. Robredo's only hiccup on dirt this year came when fatigue probably caught him the week after he won in Santiago. Almagro could potentially have some fatigue issues at some point as he is playing two weeks straight, although his dominance this week has led to some shorter matches. Still, Robredo's movement will make him work probably more than the other matches. Both looked good this morning.

                            CHELA +175
Wawrinka has had to work very hard to win two of his three matches this week with a lot of saved break points. Chela has been up & down, but found a way to win. Will there be no Argies in the final here? Chela may have something to say about it. If Wawrinka continues his issues with handing out breakers, Chela COULD take advantage.

JMDP needs to retire. Roddick is not a better player than him. He shouldn't give Roddick the pleasure of finishing off this match.

Terrible tennis by JMDP tonight. Wasted bet of mine. I guess the money train ran out on JMDP. He wasn't as big a favorite as he should have been for many matchups lately. Thought he was back. Not at all

Roddick is Wozniacking this match. Getting moved all over the court, but doing just enough to get the ball back until JMDP makes a stupid error.

I'm honestly gonna be rooting hard for Raonic tomorrow. At least he earned his way to the final with wins over guys like Stepanek, Verdasco, and Fish. Roddick got old man Hewitt and a completely flat Juan Martin Del Potro to get there.

I guess JMDP still has a ways to go to get back his old form. I wish he'd retire before Roddick got the second 6.

Don't necessarily trust him, I don't think the price is right though. Lots of money on Wawrinka. I just think there will be opportunities, whether or not Chela does anything with them is another thing. Expecting lots of break point opps potentially because Wawrinka has been a little wonky this week in his first-up on dirt.

I'll take 1-1 on those dogs. Think that's gonna finish my week until the next tournaments start. Another reason why I am back to a strict, I don't give a F about money movement diet. Wawrinka got heavily slammed before the match all the way to -245. Money doesn't know shit. It's 50-50 just like picking yourself and not worrying about where the money is going.

Good job lately, EP. Getting on a roll. Sounds like you're not high on anything tomorrow, which is certainly understandable. Almagro is a big favorite tomorrow. Probably will win, but not worth it other than maybe a parlay. Kuznetsova is a dog against Wozniacki. Could win for sure if she plays solid, error free. But after seeing them both play this week, I think Kuznetsova will make a bunch of errors. Wozniacki as a good sized favorite doesn't seem worth it either though, does it? Considering Raonic keeps chugging on and winning, him as an underdog is tempting. But Roddick is a big serving dick himself that owns this court.

If there was a play tomorrow, I'm somewhat tempted by Cilic. I think he can win tomorrow. The odds are worthwhile.

Soderling beats Cilic IMO. Soderling is just much more consistent. Don't think the prices do anything much for me, but Soderling should be in line for another title. I'd probably go Soderling-Roddick parlay if anything, but again just think the prices suck on Sunday. In all honesty, you're giving me +170ish on a guy who has been the in-form player the past two weeks in Raonic .... hard to pass up. Roddick I THINK is going to win, but realistically Raonic at that price has an equal chance because this is just serve vs. serve.

I've watched the last two matches of both players and I really think Raonic is playing better tennis at the moment and should even be favored to win! Roddick has impressed me with his fighting spirit but he's not playing his best tennis in this tournament, not even close.

Not much info available on how Gasquet is since then, but I THINK the one thing we can see is that Dimitrov is playing pretty solid tennis lately. The results have not quite come, but the competitiveness shows that this young phenom is in shape to begin getting some wins soon. Dimitrov was really solid against Tursunov in losing a tight three set affair last week in Marseilles. The match showed him with a good serve and the ability to play high quality tennis against an in-form player. Dimitrov also has the advantage of working through qualis here in Dubai with a pair of fairly straight forward wins. On this outdoor hard surface, Dimitrov proved a talent last year by winning a few Challengers. Gasquet generally performs okay, but not superbly on this surface. He's just barely over .500 on it in the last year. Dimitrov needs to begin fulfilling some of his promise with main draw wins. This is a good situation to potentially do that against what may be a rusty Gasquet. Interesting to note that Gasquet has also reportedly added another coach to his camp recently. That indicates Gasquet isn't happy with where he's at, but results under new tutelage doesn't always come right away. I THINK if Dimitrov can get his 1st serve in consistently and hold early in the sets, he'll have a shot to score a needed win today.

She seems locked in and then all of a sudden as with her match against Pennetta, she lays an egg. Bartoli has been decent this year on this surface, winning when she should. Both are good on this surface. However, let's see if the whipping Kleybanova took doesn't carry over her early if Bartoli can get off to a good start.
