Betdsi not doing bitcoin payouts but of course they are still taking BTC deposits!?!?

I am chatting with them and I am getting told due to security updates they are unable to process withdrawls of course the bitcoin deposit is completely fine, lol. What a joke.

A bigger no duh is they don't have a time as to when to expect it to be fixed. I was told ASAP... yeah I am sure they are just chomping at the bit to let me withdrawl. I really wanted to move some cash to nitrogen because they are limiting me on live betting NBA. It used to be 3000-5000 limit now it is more like 300-500. Cheap dix don't like it when you beat them at their own game I guess.

What are the limits over at nitrogen? Pre game and live.

This is the case at all of the books under this "umbrella" - not sure what is going on. Someone mentioned a security issue.

Not sure. I know it's one BTC and I am not sure if you can bet multiple times but I just want other options

I'm having the same issue. I hope SBR can mediate this. Bookmaker has been doing this on and off for months and it's a misrepresentation of services. They should pay the people who want Bitcoin payouts and have a pop up on there website warning users that the Bitcoin withdrawel option is not available.

Having the same exact issue at bookmaker

They told me soon 6 days ago... Just locking my money up.

It's absolutely BS they can accept Bitcoin deposits but not payout.. That is equivalent to accepting USD deposits and not payout in USD.

I will mostly be sticking with nitrogen once this issue is fixed due to the fact I don't want my money to be locked up again

i didn't even realize that this has been going on for a week. It's unacceptable that they get away with this. Not the behavior of an A plus book

I've read its about security so they may not need to suspend deposits to address it.

But seriously how long is an acceptable timeframe for this? This isn't the first time they have disabled the withdrawel option.

That doesnt even remotely make sense.

    1. You have a wallet 2. You subtract players funds from their account 3. Send those funds to the player via wallet.

This is unacceptable. Now they say it can possibly take weeks!

    Dear Customer,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Right now is uncertain to provide a time frame this is temporarily unavailable due a security update in the system, so we expect to have it back as soon as possible, could be hours, days, weeks, we do not want to create expectations, will take as long as necessary to ensure a proper processing of your pay outs using this method in the future.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

    Sincerely,

    Gerald

If this is about security then the easy solution is to go about it the way Heritage does.

honestly dont get why each books main payout/deposit source isnt bitcoin, its so easy after initial setup and verification. Has helped me a lot instead of dealing with check payouts and other uncomfortable methods.

At Justbet I saw bitcoin as a payout option all weekend and now it's gone - can anyone confirm if they see it as an option in their account?

The option is back up as of 2pm when I requested a payout. First time doing a BTC payout - how long do they typically take?

How long do they take? A fraudulent bitcoin was deducted from my account instantly I less than a second.

Received it about 5 hours after the request. Must say I'm a big fan of BTC since I started using it.
