Just giving you guys my experience with Youwager . By far 1 of the best sports betting websites out there. Fast and easy deposits and payouts. Live customer service that helped me with all my issues in the matter of minutes. If you guys havent joined Youwager now is the time !

I used to just delete them, but I think it's more effective to shame them by moving them all to this central thread. Don't even need to say a word, 99% of SBR posters see that and think what a desperate book.

The funny thing is though all the years i have played at YW and BP and i have had lots of cashouts not once have they ever asked me to post something for a Free Play . I just realized it is the same person for sure both say they have been with them for 16 years .

I deposited 900$ placed a few bets and won like 800$,got my account suspended and was asked to upload ID+selfie with Id+ selfie with id and the date,then they asked for another selfie with id and another selfie with date and selfie.Spoke to them 4 times,only for that manager Kevin to tell me:Yea we are not paying you out you know why.Stay away from these crooks!

Same as they did not want to explain to Fedex why they were taking his money.

I think their logic is not wanting to help scammers scam next time. But repeated reports about "managers" like this Kevin, and Gabe over at Heritage, show it's just arrogance and an FU attitude toward players, as they think they are outside the reach of your laws.


Better to just stick with the last couple of known reliable names left, if you are unable to use US books.

Thank you for your work and I appreciate all your efforts in this matter. As I’ve stated previously, I’ve been on this forum since 2005. I have a long history of honest and straightforward interactions when dealing with various books throughout this time. I have made numerous credit card transactions with no CB’s. In the past 5 years I’ve made many cc deposits with BetUs with no history of CBs. As I’ve detailed now and in the past, I was scammed by CR sports bet and BetIslands. I CB’d against them legitimately. I do not have any recollection of more CBs as this was a long time ago and honestly, I had lost a lot of money and was very fearful and skeptical of the books I had dealt with at that time. I have never been a scammer as my history of honest interactions and my many deposits made with Zelle and Bitcoin to YouWager indicate. If I owe YouWager $8,000 then it is their right to deduct that from my account. YouWager should pay me the remaining $10,000 and we can consider the matter settled.

There are valid reasons to do CBs , bounced ✅ being one . It always amazes me how many people take up for these shady books when a player says they were cheated, calling player liar and shady but a book employee says CB was done and everyone defends book like they never do wrong.

I lost close to $10k when Legendz went out , $800 Betislands , but no books never screw people. Sorry

Just to reiterate, SBR does not offer mediation services for non US/CA licensed bookmakers. So my interest here was to backup our long time poster and question if Youwager should be allowed to be continued to be posted about on SBR.


I believe that Fedex has initiated at least four different charge back incidents, involving a dozen or more different card deposits, against at least 3 different books. Others are alleged but I believe that is what can be reasonably confirmed. Where this involves Youwager, the total is close to $8000 owed.

I am willing to accept that most, or all, of these were made for "reasonable" reasons and are not proof positive of a pattern of intentional scamming. But there are more than enough for that suspicion to not be out of line as well.

Fedex can make a good argument that only this confirmed amount should be deducted from his balance.


I now accept that Youwager genuinely believe this is malicious and intentional activity and have valid reasons for suspecting that. Youwager believe this is far more widespread. I am not convinced of that, I still think Youwager are probably mistaken about the extra 10+ accounts, but do acknowledge that VCO is not just making up allegations.

Youwager's position is that Fedex has been caught defrauding them and has been paid out more than he has deposited over the accounts lives, therefore they owe him no more.

I understand this reaction but do not consider it completely justifiable when much of it remains suspicion.


I hope that VCO will reach out to Fedex privately and come up with a mutually satisfactory solution but prefer to have no more involvement in this matter ongoing.

Youwager has the worst customer service by a longshot.

Their bonuses are absolute ass, they used to lef you cash out winnings early making that the only reason worth playing there. Haven’t used them in years , when Covid started I made a deposit when I was off work and bored to bet on one of the Madden Live Streams (I know, degen action) and during the first half of the stream the feed went black . I called Wagering to report the issue so they could check it out to, they confirmed stream was out , but said they couldn’t cancel the wager. They also didn’t handle their removal of the loyalty points program correctly, hope you get paid but they are some rude assholes

I have had better luck with my rep at times going on live chat is a pain. But i have been paid all the times i have done a cashout the last one i did was for $4000 so they do pay. And i know i have gotten some bonuses with no hold or still able to cash out winnings. There is one on there now at 80% FP no hold that is not too bad .

botOnline also has strict rollover rules. Best to educate yourself on them

For example, lets say you took a bonus on $100 with a 6x roll. well then, Mlb bets count 10%, hoket pokey hockey? 5%, and soccer? 2% towards your roll

BotOnline is one of the greatest fraud shops there is. No reputable book reduces rollover requirements on sports like those frazzledrips do

also note, you must personally read that rule its on like page 1,904 of addendum 5c on the sub title 1882 A

Bet Online pays but the bonuses are laughable and how they calculate them. They do deal a dime line in baseball though. Something most offshore books don't do and no USA book will ever do.

Easily if you count everything they did before i ended up blocking them. Now i just stick to sports at BP and YW . I do have to say i have always been paid though . Now if i take a bonus it is always just Sports . Since i blocked casino a ways back i do not have to worry about wasting time in a casino you have no chance in trying to roll over a casino bonus or worse yet winning a nice sports bet and losing it in there.

That's a fair point and I think we all anticipated bonus offers would be lowered with the competition from US books. Just wish US books still gave decent bonuses, now we get watered down offers all over ($5 max bets on promos, 25% deposit bonus, max $50, etc.). I realize there are some good perks with US books but honestly I wish they never came onboard, I was perfectly fine with offshore; just my opinion.

Agree with the watered down USA Bonuses now but I have no clue how they made money at the start? I doubt they did. Remember the bonuses would pay u for the stake also. That was crazy. So a 2k bonus if u bet even money you got 4k back if you won. USA books have gone dry for bonuses if you aren't a new customer. If u do get a decent bonus at least there isn't some crazy rollover only 1X at most shops. USA books are unplayable though when MLB comes around. They really need to fix that , they deal 40 cent lines at points in MLB, that's criminal. Again, agents are the way to go if you no someone. It's all the perks of offshore without any of the bs. I have an agent who has a Heritage skin and it's great. Better lines than Heritage and I don't have to deal with Gabe or any of the bs.

Yea i have both blocked and you are right they are one of the worst. I came to realize if you get a bonus for casino it will let you win even make you think wow i may get a good amount out of this in the end. But remember there is a high roll. At one point when you get to the point about half way of what you need you will all of a sudden start losing nonstop. This is on purpose so you cannot reach the rollover. I had the casino blocked and made the mistake once of taking the bonus again. Worst mistake i could have done. Wasted an hour of my life to get nothing in the end after being up again at first. I blocked it again after that and it has been blocked ever since.

The only good thing about YW and BP bonuses back in the day before I got the boot was that they did allow you to cash out winnings, before the rollover was met on most bonuses. No other books did that. Again it's the 2020's of sports gambling. Books offshore have taken a big hit since things became legal. If u put up with it you can't bitch.
