Well i came for that giant bonus but got cold feet when reading this thread. You can't have much trust these days because although they might try to pay everyone it could be they can't anymore at some point. Doesn't feel good to have a lot of money on there...

These guys crack me up... that wasn't even the withdrawal i ordered 5 days ago but an attempted interbook transfer to pinnacle, that they decided to payout via Netteller because of tecnical difficulties... but it was quick...

The thing that gets me is if this book is going down, why are they doing maintenance or announcing holiday parties or that interactive betting will pause during certain games. Why would they go through all that if they are failing? Why would someone waste their time setting up interactive betting. Unless its just a facade. But, really whats the point?

Maybe its a check processing issue? I've seen some posts about neteller and other methods going through fast...

If the book is doing so bad why are the same CS reps still there? Considering they see first-hand the "processing" issues, why stay? Is WSEX really looking for a better processor? Does it really take 2 years to find one? If WSEX is in financial trouble, it would be only a matter of time before they cannot pay people but so far they are still kicking.

I'm not worried, yet, but i am concerned as i am nearing a 5 digit bankroll and with the months it takes to get a check I still continue to bet there and I know the worst will come and i'll only see 1/4 of the money in my account...

Damn you really gotta hustle a little bit with that book...

I requested another Neteller for 700 this week after they told me there are no pending withdrawals in my log after the pinnacle/neteller thing...

Went to the chat today asked for my 2500 dollar withdrawal and she said there is only a 700 pending should i process it for you? i said yes, please... and she herself sent it in seconds.

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have send it if i didn't ask and it's possible to just do it like that without contacting the processing department and an operator and bla bla...

small amounts might be the key.

they paid me by neteller a few days ago ( took 33 days). Was away and didnt find out till now- happier now!

For what it's worth received another max transfer to Matchbook in about 3 hours.

Talked to CS, and my 3 checks are still pending. CS did credit back 2 ($50 courier fees) Furthest check request out 6 weeks now as of Monday.

I have 3 withdrawals in the 2500 to 3000 range from early March. I love this book for it's website an live betting. Sure wish the payout times were better.

Does this mean they're paying smaller amounts first, or larger amounts first? If RickySteve is waiting on this many checks this is discouraging along with the downgrade.

I doubt even that's true as I am waiting on the last one (which was the smallest of 3 taken in the last 6 months) since January 10th I think it was. I'm willing to eat crow and admit I was wrong, this is ridiculous. I have a habit of sticking to the big boys of yesteryear I guess, CRIS, Olympic, Pinny, WSEX and a few others. Since they've never giving me any problems I might have assumed too much going forward. If I've led anyone astray I apologize.

The number of complaints have increased considerably. I have emailed or PMd anyone who sent in complaints. I have provided these complaints to WSEX. I will update players as I get responses and will update this thread for how responsive WSEX is in general.

Unfortunate situation, but anyone who has visited this forum in the past 2 years should have known to stay away. Their excuses were illogical, and it was clear that payout speed and customer satisfaction was of little concern to them.

Jesus Christ. I assume you're trying to get your money out of there? I just went over 5 digits last week. Should try to push some of it to MB or something. Requested another 3k on Thursday. Hasn't been removed from my account. that is something i've not seen.

WSEX contact has acknowledged receiving the new list of slow pays and claims to be looking into it, but no updates on any of the accounts has been provided at this point.

Scorpian - Right now they only do book to book with Matchbook and that is capped at one 2500 transfer a week.

asked for book to book late last night----was done 1st thing this morning. not bad at all. also have a regular mail check coming from 2/24. hope to see that in the next week. but usually have to call them. then i may get paid in the next week. if not contact josh and get on the complaint list. about a week later i get paid. so last 5 checks-1 came in 5 to 6 weeks and 1 call from me. 3 came after i asked josh to help and in 6 to 7 weeks. and 1 with josh's help 8 weeks. just not acceptable. and looks like it may be getting even worse. but for now i keep getting paid and i do make more with them than without them. what i really don't understand is any problem with any type of payout besides checks to the states.

Got a small $1k payout today from late January. I called on Thursday and they said they would look into it and that they were having processor issues. Got an email friday morning saying they would do the withdrawal on friday if I could pick it up on friday (I assume that they didn't want to use a slot on me if they didn't have to). I didn't reply until late Friday and they said they would set it up for Monday. Today (Monday) they sent me the info and I got my $1k.

Jesus, I've hit my 2 month anniversary on my $630 check withdrawal. If it takes 3 months, that's 1/4 of a year man. Ridiculous! I had originally tried asking for a xfer to matchbook and they told me I could not do that because I deposited via a ******** **** card. (Does that last part sound fishy or what?)

Not encouraging to see people with 4 figure checks still waiting...

Thanks Utah for your post and timeline. I am waiting for a check from 2/15. I have called every Wednesday (as advised by my affiliate) since the 3 week mark. Each time they just say the tracking email will arrive that week. Sounds like mine should come in around 2 weeks based on yours.
I have not filed a complaint here, since I am under the 2-month mark and that appears their standard. I requested a second check on 3/22. Hope that does not drop my 2/15 cashout in their queue.

That is standard process with most books.

Withdrawal requested 02/08 via regular mail. Was told 30 business days which expired 03/25. Called Monday, 03/29, was told "processor issues", but I am in the cue to be upgraded to Fed Ex, and will be given a tracking number via e-mail by the end of this week. I'll wait until Friday for any Follow up, if I don't hear anything.

Still waiting for a $3,000 courier withdrawal requested February 11th.

I assumed paying the $50 courier fee would result in a quicker processing time but apparently it doesn't make one damn bit of difference.

I lost almost $1,700 shorting Els on the last day of the golf tournament @ WSEX and it didn't even bother me very much. Its almost like I'm betting with monopoly money.

I emailed WSEX today and asked about my withdrawal request on 01/06/2010 ($2800.) . Here is there response .

Thank you for contacting us at WSEX with regards to your withdrawal query.

We are presently experiencing a delay with processing checks via Regular Mail so we have upgraded all regular mail withdrawals to be sent via FedEx free of charge. Your check have been submitted on the next batch and your tracking number will be emailed once available.

They've never actually sent regular mail checks, except for the brief P2P personal check experiment. At best the $35 extra is just a rush processing fee or likely just for nothing.

Dear Will,

Thanks for contacting WSEX, we will have to contact the processors to verify the status of your check. Once they can confirm with the banks that the check has not been cashed a new draft will be sent via courier at no charge.

Ah, going with the old "lost in the mail" routine. That one never gets old.

I can see where this is headed - they will be bought out by either 5 Dimes or Bookmaker.
