WSEX Slow Payout Updates

not me - i have been withdrawing free check limits since around sept. i have 1 outstanding withdrawl. i asked for it last week,regular mail. hopefully will have it in 5 or 6 weeks. i think that's the best they cab do. if not, complain and get it in 7 or 8 weeks.

I'm not too concerned 'bout being the first one to get stiffed.

In biz as you know you either get bigger or smaller there is no staying the same for better or worse. WSEX IMO is at a crossroads they either need to get their shit together with "processing" or have prepared the risk of a mass exodus...as everyone who plays here that I know of loves this book.

Hopefully they have concrete solutions worked out.

I have to agree with Nitzantal. And to think I was disappointed with BetUS. I would be livid with treatment like this, I just don't understand what's ok about getting a payout in 8 weeks, 12 weeks or never!

I never posted this was acceptable..far from it. What can you do laugh or cry about it? Of the two I prefer the former, and in the meantime I have asked for JoshW's assistance.

If you have book transfer still available this is the best option to secure funds in a timely manner. I'm waiting too on 3 checks from early February.

Obviously people that invest with this book aren't doing so for fast payouts or top shelf CS. For me it comes down to limiting risk.

Any other book that pulls this crap would definitely be graded F but since WSEX was a Original Giant in this game it is getting alot of leeway. If they receive an F grade kiss them goodbye and maybe alot of Players will take a L and won't get paid . Slow pay better then nopay . For WSEX to fold it will not be good for the industry. Cause if it happens to them it can any great book . Take Heed (PAY ATTENTION).So for now I would suggest that you 'RUN FORREST'. RUN .

This evening they are unable to pay my neteller withdarwal because they are running a neteller update. (not sure what that means)

In the 5 years I v been playing there I never had an issue depositing online.

In the past 2 years 9 out of 10 times I requested a payout, something was wrong with the withdrawal page.

I always ask what other withdrawal options are available and the answer is NONE.

What does it tell you ? No money honey... the site is practically insolvent.

On Saturday I was promised by Marsha that I will get paid within 24-48 hours. So now 40 hours later I contacted them again & guess what?

Anele said that it will take a few more date to fix the backend (whatever that means) ... so I will give her till the end of the week to collect the $2500 from other suckkers and pay me.

On the one hand my logical mind tells me that a Business that battles to pay their clients cannot survive for that long... on the other hand the fact of the matter is that they have been dragging their business like that for about 2 years now... so I m not what to think, but my gut feel tells me - they are dead and barried.

Last night I made contact with them again and asked if Maria if Neteller payout page is up now .... She confirmed that it was fixed but said that neteller payouts will only be processed with 24 hours... she couldn’t explain why?

I have been trying to contact them 10 times today on the chat line but they are constantly rejecting my call.

Pretty sure you're going to have to roll it over at matchbook. If I recall correctly, its four times (ie, bet $10k before you can withdraw) but I'm not sure of that.

There is a 4x roll-over, and if you plan on transferring more to Matchbook from WSEX I would at all costs not begin withdrawing until all funds have been successfully transferred over.

The risk if you don't heed this advice is being classified as a "pass through" and any further attempts at a withdraw via this method will be terminated!

(However if this is the last of your funds don't worry about it, but there is a 4x roll-over regardless)

No problem, glad I could help out.

I know personally after getting shut off from Cris via transfer the last thing you want is to lose the only other available transfer option left. Matchbook transfer is within 3 hours automatic, but they (Matchbook) will watch your account, and I wouldn't risk withdrawing until all funds from this method are completed.

Also as you may know you are entitled to 2 total transfers per month. GL

I can't believe nothing has changed at WSEX after all this time. They're either paying withdrawals through deposits, or have made a business decision that they can take as long as they feel like to pay out, and don't need to improve. Neither is a particularly positive scenario for its players.

Hey guys, im new to the forum, and to online sportsbooks. glad i found this site, i requested a $250 dollar withdrawal from wsex by regular mail on janurary 8th, they told me it would be about 5 weeks, i waited 8 then contaced them, they told me that they had been having problems with their processeor and my cheque was overdue. nothing much has changed since i contacted them last, but am quite dissapointed....still nothing 11 weeks after the request, and to the best of my knowledge the cheque hasnt even been mailed yet

Got it today after only a 5 day wait... Still waiting on the Moneybookers from 3 weeks ago... They're a bit weird with their payout strategies... But I'm kinda hopeful now...

The main consistency besides book transfer is everyone does get paid, so this is ultimately the most important, as this is not a stiff book.

I cant explain how one check shows up in 8 days, and the next waiting on 6 weeks and the check requests are only separated by 7 days.
