WSEX Slow Payout Updates

I requested 3 grand and its been 7 weeks I have been calling them almost daily I spoke with a supervisor yesterday she told me they have issues with precessors and to call back next week so they can update me.

Oh yes, the processors. Those darn processors. If it weren't for them we would all have our money. Whatya say we start a grass roots campaign against those nasty processors. After all, WSEX is trying its very best to get us paid and the processors just go and hold everything up. And this has been going on for nearly 2 years so you know these processors are a fairly powerful group.

But wait! I just talked to WSEX again today about my funds that are being held by the evil processors and I found out it's not only the processors, its also the US Government. That's right, the US Government doesn't like WSEX and apparently they teamed up with the processors. What do we do guys? Now we have two wars to fight. Poor WSEX, they must be going crazy. I sure hope FEDEX doesn't join the war against WSEX and I'm sure glad its only WSEX they don't like. What if the Feds and the processors didn't like Bet Jamaica and OLY and Bookmaker. We are very lucky you know.

So that does it. I'm going to call the head honco of the Tea Party people and get some tips on how to stop these evil doers. Is everybody with me?


OK enough. I'm not a basher so I try to be lighthearted about this but perhaps it's only because the amount I am owed is not a life breaker.

Where would they come up with the cash and resources to settle all the US debt?

Listen, I believe WSEX is holding on by a thread and for those that feel WSEX is sound well good luck. Like I said before, you are really gambling. I don't want anyone to lose money but I won't shed a tear if you continue to offer them your cash.

The worst thing any sportsbook can do is slow pay. No book would do that if they didn't have to. It kills business. It's why McDonalds doesn't taint there food. (well that's debatable I suppose they do)

IMHO stay away from WSEX and those mean and nasty processors.

Honestly, everytiime I call WSEX they blame it on the processors. Today I told them I was sick of hearing that crap and and they said the US Government was causing too many problems. Yes they did say that.

i have always got my payouts.usually after an extra week or 2 and getting on josh's list. the last payout took between 5 and 6 weeks by regular mail and i did not have to ask josh for help. if you piss off the US. they will make you pay. i do think the US GOVERMENT AT LEAST WAS OUT TO CLOSE WSEX UP. now with the new prez things may have eased up. but just think of the recent history of what the US is willing to do to get someone. they will go to any extreme to prove they are in control and make and change the rules. i live here. ashamed of how we have acted the past 20 years or so. so i do now and have always trusted wsex will get me my money sooner or later and that the US goverment was and still is the biggest problem i have to get it.

I got my check requested on 10/27. $3,000. It was a personal check from a depositor AND IT BOUNCED!! Filed a formal complaint with SBR today. Start the waiting process all over I guess.

Just wanted to follow up here. After informing WSEX of the bounced check, I was reissued a check from their processor and it arrived within a week. They also credited my account with the $10 my bank charged me for a NSF check.

In the payout thread, a poster reports getting the tracking # on a WSEX WD by check within 2 weeks. Thats good to hear.

The number of complaints can be counted on one hand, but several of those complaints are for significant money and go back several months. I hope this means WSEX is starting to better keep up with withdrawals, but with football coming to an end, I just hope they can continue to keep paying at this slightly faster rate.

11/6 Request a $3,000 check by "regular mail"

12/2 Email WSEX asking if my check is in the withdrawal process, because I have not even received an email informing me that my withdrawal request was approved. They respond that regular mail takes 20-30 business days and that they will give me the tracking number when they have it.

12/17 Request another $3,000 check by "regular mail"

12/29 Email WSEX and ask what is going on with my 11/6 withdrawal. They tell me that the delay was caused by heavy volume of withdrawal requests, but that my check was "batched for processing" and they will let me know when they have a tracking number.

1/9 PM Josh with my info and he adds me to his WSEX slow pay list

1/13 Receive an email from WSEX with a Fedex tracking number

1/14 Receive a check via Fedex


It seems to me that if you are not on a list of people who has complained in the past to SBR, they will really take their sweet time paying you. As soon as you are the "SBR complainer list", things really seem to speed up

Hopefully I won't have to wait so long for my check requested 12/17

Goods news: I received a check via FedEx (it was originally requested via regular mail) without any intervention from SBR or even contacting WSEX to follow-up.

Bad news: The withdrawal was originally requested on 11/10/09.

I have been waiting 2 months for some payouts, in past I asked for checks but they kept saying "Processor Issues" to Canada. During the past couple of months they did ask me to setup with Moneybookers stating that it would simplify the process. I never did until today and WSEX sent $2500 within an hour of setting it up. Of the 5 payout request I had, I have received 2, but they claim that I can take $2500/day so I will put in another request tomorrow and see what happens. Take what you want from this but if they didnt have the funds available I cant see how they could have paid so quickly this morning.....

I have to summarize this for everyone to realize how pathetic this is:

1. KGambler was trying for 2 momths to get a check from Wsex with no success.
2. he asks the same via JoshW-SBR and and he gets it in his hands within 5 days.

Unbelievale - god bless SBR...

Can you even begin to imagine how many innocent players are out there who don't know SBR and haven't been paid for months or years or never.... I hate bullies.

WSEX is funny. I had no idea this was going on as long as it did. When I called WSEX up I told them it has been over 30 days and that I think the check was lost in the mail. They sent me a check in 1 week. This was during the "processor" issues. I make another withdrawal a few months after the aforementioned. I get the processor response. It took 3 months to get my check. After 3 years of not visiting this forum. I had remembered SBR. I come here and see the issue is for everyone. I really hope they turn around...

I requested another $2500 yesterday and just received another confirmation of payment to Moneybookers. If your waiting on a check, maybe the processor issues are in fact true. MB is wiring the funds to my bank account, a much easier process. I was owed more than 10k from November and kept getting the processing issues as a reason for the delay.....they still owe me a bit but are paying out alot faster.

I requested a book transfer this morning approx. 1 hour ago for $2,500 max. Transfer already sent, and credited to my account. If you have issues waiting for a check find a way to get a MoneyBookers, Cris, or Matchbook account.

Of course it's true, anyone associated with the industy understood that long ago. You will never have a problem getting paid at WSEX, still one of the safer books out there. If you're one of those players that needs their money quickly and is in and out of places rapidly though I would suggest other books until they clear up all their issues.


PS - been getting paid right along and have never been on the SBR list. They come slow but they are free every 30 days and I know my money is safe. Nothing to see here folks, keep it moving please, nothing to see here.....

Either you drained their Moneybookers account or they are just jerking me around. They canceled all of my cheque payouts (from October) since their cheque processor will not process withdrawals to Canada. The cash is back in my WSEX account. Now I'm in the back of the line for a Moneybooker payout. Been calling them every day.

I dont know what to tell you Shifty, they sent me another one yesterday which I requested Thursday.....my account is zero now cause I lost some but they did end up paying everything owed via MB....not sure why they would jerk you around. Good luck with it. All in all, I got everything in a total of about 60 days, most of it this week in MB transfers.

I have been waiting 52 days for payment. I have contacted them after 30 days and they said they would look into it and get back to me...now day 52 and no contact from them. i am now talking to there live support and am getting the same run around...they say they are experiencing delays with the processors....they say they will contact me when they get some information....brutal
