C'mon, are you complaining that they honored their written rules? I'd rather they honor poor rules that we are aware of up front than make it up as they go. -
Not "nice" enough for you?
How about I just continue to give my truthful opinions on all books, just like I always have...
Not that I give two hoots what a blindly biased guy like you, who wants to act like it's offshore v licensed instead of players v books, thinks about my opinionsLeave a comment:

Agree. They have been hurting the offshore industry as a whole, along with MyBookie, for years now.
SBR was sold to new owners who are looking to gain US/Canada licensing and work with books licensed there. It's not possible to mediate or advertize for offshores and comply with those licensing terms.Leave a comment:

Nobody needs to actually trust BetDSI to say they have not scammed this guy.
But personally, I would avoid them too. Not fair minded to deal with.
Can't wait until the OP realizes he now has to do another $10000 in rollover to be able to withdraw the transferred amount from his cash balance wallet.Leave a comment:

It's a shitty rule. If they have a rule that says "Max winnings in November are $1000", that doesn't make it right. If your bonus balance can't go above 10k, their software should warn you or disallow wagers that puts your bonus balance that high. That they can and choose not to, they are free-rolling everyone.
Wouldn't you be saying that was unfair to not allow people to be their bonus that way?
You are just asking for people who do not read bonus rules to be "protected" at the expense of everybody else who knows the rules and then plays to take best advantage of those ruels.Leave a comment:

No offense... but I can't believe you guys still trust DSI? There was some weirdness going around there about 2 years ago. Heard a lot of stories of not paying. None of the stories had anything to do with this so called Max 10,000 bonus either. I just learned this today from this thread. WOW. Seems like a lot of stress to play there.

I used BetDSI bonus offer when I deposited funds to my account (account # D168392).
They requested that I play high rollover before I request a withdrawal, so I had to play a lot with my main and bonus funds.
While I was trying to complete their rollover requirement I lost my main deposit, but I won a lot with my bonus funds and my bonus balance increased to $29000. When I finally completed their rollover requirement (which was not an easy task!) I requested to transfer my bonus funds to my principal balance so that I could do a withdrawal.
After my request BetDSI simply confiscated $19000 from my balance and allowed me to withdraw only $10000!
I was chatting with their manager and he stated exactly that: "Yes, we confiscated $19000 from your balance! We don't pay more than $10000 from bonus funds".
So this site is a complete scam. They don't allow you to withdraw funds until you meet their rollover requirement (which is completely fine). So you need to play a lot to get your money back. BUT if you lose then you lose, if you win more than $10000 - they will confiscate your winnings! I wonder how such scammers can still legally operate?
I searched reports on this website and I found that I was not the first victim of this scam.
You need to read the rules when you take a bonus offer, or learn to accept that you will get surprises like this sometimes if you do not want to take the time to read terms.Leave a comment:

What would they do? It's on BetDSI's rules page. They didn't make it up. Friend of mine had $16,000 confiscated just like OP. If you had an account prior to 2017 or something you can get up to $25,000 I believe.Leave a comment:

BetDSI paid me $30,000 a few weeks ago.
It literally says in their terms/rules that $10,000 is the max you can get paid from a bonus balance. It's unfortunate you found out the hard way- but it is in their rules. Is it a good or fair rule? Not really. But it is there.Leave a comment:

maybe check bmr forum, and file a complaint over there, they handle offshore stuff nowLeave a comment:

On top of all the other insane BS i believe unless they changed this that once you complete the bonus rollover and they move it to your regular balance you once again have to do ANOTHER 1xs rollover of what is now in your regular balance. I could be wrong but if you have $1000 in regular balance then they add another $2000 from bonus amount after completing that rollover and now you have $3000 in regular balance you then have to take the $3000 and roll it over 1xs again. Or was it just the $2000 they just moved over. I have no clue are they even still doing that insane crap.Leave a comment:

I deposited 1000 and had 1500 in bonus funds. Lost the bonus balance but spun the 1k cash balance into 20k now. Only placed a few all in bets.
Should I expect any issues on getting paid once my rollover is done?
Ive had this DSI account for many years and I opened it before the 2017 rules change where newer accounts are capped to 10k payout on bonus balance.
Make sure that you are actually meeting the roll. All in bets may only qualify for $100 towards the roll.... If you even have to meet the roll because you lost the bonus balance lol!! What a mess they are. You can ask CS and if you get the answer you want be sure to save it.Leave a comment:

IT IS NOT THE WAY OTHER BOOKS DO THINGS!
DSI is a mess, they add rules on top of rules and often even their CS agents are confused about the rules.
I did happen to know that you have to use the bonus balance to meet the roll, but I don't blame you for getting that wrong.
They added that rule about $100 counting towards the rollover if you take a bonus of over $1000 on the same day that I made a deposit and got a bonus from them. I ended up having to meet a rollover of over 100k $100 at a time.
They also added the rule about how much you could cash out after my deposit... but it didn't matter since I had lost so much just blind betting the boar to try to get through the roll.
In fairness, I think it might be a decent book to play at if you don't take a bonus, they hang some square numbers sometimes... but I'm never going back.Leave a comment:

I have had my share of books I dealt with, but I am just now realizing (after some torturous chat sessions) that for a bet to "count" towards rollovers (in tihs case, a 20 times rollover) with BetDSI, anyway, that one has to bet FROM the bonus balance, and not the regular balance. were you all aware of this? is this the way other books do this? very misleading IMO. I have been primarily making bets from my regular balanceLeave a comment:

"new dsi" screwed me over too
gave me one of those ridiculous rollovers and then reduced my max bet to $25 if i remember right
i think i grinded out over 1000 bets just to clear a rollover, what a jokeLeave a comment:

Shit book since they left the Bookmaker family. Out of the blue they gave me a no deposit bonus which I completed, but they wouldn't pay out anything. They claimed it was a mistake to send me the offer in the first place. It was just a matter of a few hundred bucks but it bothers me to this day. They've done this to others too. Most lose on this offer and may re-up based on the apparently good will gesture. The ones that profit from it, myself included, got stiffed. Long story short, avoid the new DSI.Leave a comment:

One of my very close friends ran into an issue where he ran his bonus balance up to $30,000. They put a new rule in like 2 years ago where you forfeit the balance over $10,000. He completed the rollover and had to forfeit $20,000 which he won. His deposit was like $2,000 so it's not like he hit some super longshot parlay or anything crazy. Was just normal betting. If he had won it in his cash balance and not the bonus balance (they are separate) he'd have been fine. Makes no sense and seems like a silly way for them to trap players who run up a balance.Leave a comment:

I've been using BetDSI off and on for about 20 years. Overall it's been a good experience. However, I wanted to share a recent experience which resulted in me walking away from that site.
I just made a small deposit of $100 and received a 150% bonus. I understand NORMAL rollover rules. When I noticed my rollover % was not going up like it should I inquired about what the actual requirement was.
This is what I was told (I'd love to know if this is normal because it seems absolutely insane to me).....
The rollover is 25X my initial deposit + my bonus amount + the amount I won with my initial bet. Soooooo, I deposited $100, received a bonus of $150 and I won $650 with my initial bet. So they are saying that I have to wager $22,500 to earn my bonus. That is absolutely INSANE to me. Is this what the online books are doing these days? I really dont have the need to bet online. I did it just to be lazy one weekend. I cant imagine if I would have deposited $1000, received a $1500 bonus and been required to wager $200,000 to get my bonusLooks like it is. I guess you should bet a small favorite with the initial freeplay. Now that I think about it I have seen some books do this if the amount won on the freeplay is more than the freeplay amount. I was thinking cash bonus for some reason.
- In the event the winnings on a freeplay bonus wager are greater than the original bonus amount given. The winnings will be added to the deposit amount for rollover calculation purposes.
Then even after they moved the money into the regular account they said i still had to roll it over 1x again in real money. WTF . So once you finish in the bonus money area whatever that amount you move over is you have to roll over AGAIN. Because of this i almost never deposit there anymore. And before they went on their own they were one of my top used books.Leave a comment:

Never heard of your rollover amount having anything to do with your first wager, or any wager for that matter. Is it in their terms and conditions? That’s a new one, sounds like something they would do though or mycrookie.ag.Leave a comment:

It’s for small players and they pay even with a bonus, it’s the only book randomly they throw $25 in your account to try to get you to play again I ran it up a few times with the rollover and got paidLeave a comment:

You might want to check the rules and lower your deposit/bonus amount, if true.
Personally, they limited me a long time ago but always paid me in a timely fashion.Leave a comment:

If you take a bonus, they will make it virtually impossible to hit your rollover through made up rules and limit reductions. Avoid.Leave a comment:
