If the rollover was normal and I had been able to cash out, I wouldn't have continue to run it up.

Lots of mistakes made with this one, but a lot of lessons learned.

It's a greasy promo, having to dig that deep into the fine print is not really on you, it's just how they trap people. Outside of that it's a good enough book but that is one heck of a bear trap.

As Optional said above. If it works- Great! Otherwise, you just lose MORE money. It's not a fun situation to be in. I had a friend lose $16,000 because he did not know their terms.

You could just end up with a larger unclaimable balance at DSI.

If the money isn't worth more than 10k there, it's not really hedging, just gambling.

Artificially pulling money out of shady book

Hello all, have been trying to clean up the situation with my books. Mostly, just trying to play through any and all rollovers I have and just move money to the more reputable places.

My problem is mainly with BetDSI. I, like many, took one of their bonuses without understanding all the rules. Totally my fault there, but I have come to realize that any bonus balance above $10K is forfeited when you convert your bonus. Are there methods for artificially moving money out of this book?

I thought about arbing big underdogs on BetDSI and the favorite at my sharper books. But eventually, the numbers would even out, so that method doesn't seem sustainable. I feel like there has to be some roundabout way to do this, even if I have to lose some extra vig along the way.

It's always good until it's not. Don't think you're special, because this crap Book will screw anyone at anytime. They'll get around to you eventually. Fukked me real good on bonus winnings a few years back. Never again, stay away from DSI!

They are gone, but usually come back after a month from what I've heard.

It literally says in their terms/rules that $10,000 is the max you can get paid from a bonus balance. It's unfortunate you found out the hard way- but it is in their rules. Is it a good or fair rule? Not really. But it is there.

    1. These "rules" are not presented to you when you apply for bonus. You simply are not aware about this scam.
    2. These "rules" are hidden somewhere in links of their website and they are written in such poor language so that you don't understand them. For example they say that your winnings above $10000 will "cash out". Do you understand that this phrase means "will be confiscated"?
    3. Let's say you played 50% of your required rollover and your bonus balance reached $10000. How can you cash it out???
You still need to play another 50% of your rollover. And if you lose after that - you will lose your bonus, if you win - you will get ZERO from your next winnings. So BetDSI has ZERO risk while your are playing your next 50% of rollover. This is crazy bullshit, a total scam!

C'mon, are you complaining that they honored their written rules? I'd rather they honor poor rules that we are aware of up front than make it up as they go.

Read upward. I think I was pretty clear pushing back on the claim BetDSI scammed this guy.

    Not "nice" enough for you?

How about I just continue to give my truthful opinions on all books, just like I always have...

Not that I give two hoots what a blindly biased guy like you, who wants to act like it's offshore v licensed instead of players v books, thinks about my opinions

Can't wait until the OP realizes he now has to do another $10000 in rollover to be able to withdraw the transferred amount from his cash balance wallet.

What if you want to go allin at the start hoping to win 20k to ensure you complete your rollover with ease (for example)?

Wouldn't you be saying that was unfair to not allow people to be their bonus that way?

You are just asking for people who do not read bonus rules to be "protected" at the expense of everybody else who knows the rules and then plays to take best advantage of those ruels.

While I was trying to complete their rollover requirement I lost my main deposit, but I won a lot with my bonus funds and my bonus balance increased to $29000. After my request BetDSI simply confiscated $19000 from my balance and allowed me to withdraw only $10000!
I was chatting with their manager and he stated exactly that: "Yes, we confiscated $19000 from your balance! We don't pay more than $10000 from bonus funds".
So this site is a complete scam. They don't allow you to withdraw funds until you meet their rollover requirement (which is completely fine). So you need to play a lot to get your money back. BUT if you lose then you lose, if you win more than $10000 - they will confiscate your winnings! I wonder how such scammers can still legally operate?
I searched reports on this website and I found that I was not the first victim of this scam.

What would they do? It's on BetDSI's rules page. They didn't make it up. Friend of mine had $16,000 confiscated just like OP. If you had an account prior to 2017 or something you can get up to $25,000 I believe.

On top of all the other insane BS i believe unless they changed this that once you complete the bonus rollover and they move it to your regular balance you once again have to do ANOTHER 1xs rollover of what is now in your regular balance. I could be wrong but if you have $1000 in regular balance then they add another $2000 from bonus amount after completing that rollover and now you have $3000 in regular balance you then have to take the $3000 and roll it over 1xs again. Or was it just the $2000 they just moved over. I have no clue are they even still doing that insane crap.

Should I expect any issues on getting paid once my rollover is done?

Ive had this DSI account for many years and I opened it before the 2017 rules change where newer accounts are capped to 10k payout on bonus balance.

Make sure that you are actually meeting the roll. All in bets may only qualify for $100 towards the roll.... If you even have to meet the roll because you lost the bonus balance lol!! What a mess they are. You can ask CS and if you get the answer you want be sure to save it.
