I've had good experience with them for the last 5 years, playing steady and taking bonuses. My last payout was $2500, no issues.Leave a comment:

BetDSI is horrible. They are desperate and likely do not have funds to pay. They slowed paid me forever and then tried to create fake KYC requirements and delays and finally they made up fake fees. They had one W/D option BTC, then they asked for my wallet about 10x and made up excuse after excuse, finally severely short paying me. Do not play here. They are hoping for deposits during the superbowl to make them whole, but I would not take the risk. They show the clear red flags of low liquidity and new out of business.Leave a comment:

Gave me a $500 bonus about 8 years ago then took it away after I lost the $500 i deposited, claiming I was up lifetime. Maybe I was up, but had bet about 500 grand in two years. Seems to me only a fool gives up that kind of action. Never played there again although they are still emailing me bonus offers. What do they expect, me to deposit again so they can take the bonus away again? But they did send me a nice XMAS gift basket from some deli in NYC a few years ago.Leave a comment:

They are not very fair minded is the biggest issue. If they decide to limit you or punish you it very often seems unreasonable how far they go.
Other traps to watch out for are a max win total from a bonus for people who joined after a certain date a few years back, and once you have completed the bonus rollover and transfer funds to your cash account you must do another 1x rollover of that amount before being able to withdraw.Leave a comment:

Bringing this back from the dead since I’m going to reload there for a bonus. Wasn’t there some issue for folks who deposited, say $500 and got a 100% bonus where they limited your bet amounts or something?Leave a comment:

If I remember they consolidated a while back - or maybe I’m thinking of another book? I thought I saw it was combined a couple months ago. Sucks bc now you can’t odds shop in one bookLeave a comment:

BetDSI no more retro book?

Sh!t Book ever since they left the Cris/Bookmaker family. Deleted my winnings after the fact saying I shouldn't have been offered a bonus. This was done after I completed the rollover on it. No longer an honorable outlet, so do NOT deposit there!Leave a comment:

BetDSI offers a couple of different books on their site, which I think is a plus. My understanding is that these books have different odds providers, so it is essentially like having three books in one. Limits are pretty good, especially on the Superbook. They pay out in a timely fashion.
Now the bad. Their bonuses are very predatory and the wording behind them is somewhat unclear. First, if you have a bonus >$1,000, only the first $100 of every bet goes towards a rollover. They don't even have the technology to track this automatically as you have to ask for manual updates to your rollover. To their credit, this rule is stated clearly in the terms and conditions.
Second, your bonus funds are in a separate account from your cash funds and they are treated as two separate balances. When I started with them, my cash account went bust so I bet exclusively with my bonus account, thinking they were essentially the same thing since they both counted towards the rollover. When your rollover is met, your bonus account converts to the cash account, but only the first $10,000 of bonus funds is converted. The rest disappears. I saw one example on this forum where someone had $28,000 in the bonus account and $18,000 was essentially taken from them when only the first $10K was converted.
If this rule was stated clearly in the terms and conditions, that would be fine, but its not. The language reads:
"Any new member active from August 1st 2012 to current date will have a maximum bonus cash out of $10,000 per 30 calendar days. Any additional bonus conversion within the same calendar 30 days, where as the member has already received the $10,000 maximum cash out. The maximum bonus cash out is $5000."
Not only is there an incomplete sentence, but I think it is unreasonable to expect a customer to understand that any balance above $10,000 is forfeited. Upon reading this the first time, I thought it just meant that any remaining amount would have to sit in the bonus account for an additional 30 days before also being converted. I am of the opinion that this is a deliberate and targeted means of screwing customers out of their winnings through the use of deceptive wording.
So overall, they do a lot of things right as a sportsbook, but they operate in bad faith in several extreme scenarios. From what I have heard, they also do not respond to arbitration requests. In case people from BetDSI happen to be lurking, always willing to discuss these issues and work towards a solution.Leave a comment:

Hi All,
Im a freelance writer doing an article/review of Betdsi. I realize they are one of the smaller books and have perused several posts/experiences already in this forum. But if anyone has any experiences they want to share both positive and negative please dm and I will follow up with questions.
I opened a new account with them and am doing my due diligence but could use some other sources.
thx for consideringLeave a comment:

As a person who does a lot of ghosting, take it as a warning and forget about them. 😂Leave a comment:

Yo—I got an email from a dude there asking cc pictures. Which I sent as part of KYC. Now, nothing. Emailed him the past 4 days and haven’t heard. There’s no fraud on my account as I just opened. They let me deposit (or course). Lost the bet (of course). Want to deposit again with CC I sent them and no reply. Not seeing LiveChat on all 3 browsers I tried and phone number goes right to “don’t call us” message. Any ideas how I get ahold of them? Tried customer support email too. Am I being ghosted? Usually it’s a woman that ghosts me so I’m a bit perplexed…Leave a comment:

I think they were but went out on their own and from that point they went from one of my probably top 3 books to pretty much down the toilet. The worst was the bonuses they had great ones back then now they try screwing people over with all these new bonus rules.Leave a comment:

That's good to know but after this I am done with them. I don't want to sweat a payout. Weren't they owned by the same people as bookmaker?Leave a comment:

If it's the same as it used to be when we used to deal with them then there is a 10k max win from bonus funds, and once you have completed the rollover it gets transferred to your regular balance, where that amount needs to be rolled over 1x again.
Sounds like they still play the game of not explaining it to people who don't read the terms for themselves to delay or catch you out like this.Leave a comment:

The books that take a few days to pay seem annoying until something like this happens and they appear genius. Betdsi does pay after you verify all your stuff and wait. That being said i don't think there is ANY chance they were going to let you win 13k off a bonus. Fairly certain there is a maximum win of their bonus and that may have to led to any added delay. That and they probably checked your activity and realized that delays would work out nicely for them.Leave a comment:

What’s the point of betting if you’re impulsive and know you won’t be getting your deposit back before it’s even been made? I’ve been in your shoes, the best advice I can give you is to quit betting altogether. Most offshore books operate this way, they target the impulsive gamblers and have tactics in place to ensure they do everything in their power to not pay you…. Don’t play a game you can’t win.Leave a comment:

Does anyone have experience getting paid from Betdsi?
I'm a losing gambler. I've used Betdsi for years along with others like bookmaker and 5dimes when it was still around. I ran up a $200 bonus to $13k in a couple of weeks through luck. I request their supposed instant Bitcoin payouts and nothing for seven days. Of course I keep betting and lose and the chase and now it's all gone.
What is the point of any book if you can't take out winnings instantly?Leave a comment:

BetDSi - anybody still playa on betdsi?

One good thing I will say about DSI. Decent limits in basketball, and I would even say they have really good limits and lines for MMA. The thing is, there are several books that do well with those sports, so I don't feel like they set themselves apart. They also took their best sportsbook option away from me after I did pretty well. Still caught in a massive rollover loop with them; can't wait till I can get my money and call it quits.Leave a comment:

Yah, it is a tough spot. My biggest screw up was when I missed the part about only $100 of each bet counting towards rollover. It was definitely written there, but I have never seen that anywhere. So here I was, thinking I had hit this 25x rollover, but no, I had actually only gotten through 20%. If the rollover was normal and I had been able to cash out, I wouldn't have continue to run it up.
Lots of mistakes made with this one, but a lot of lessons learned.
It's a greasy promo, having to dig that deep into the fine print is not really on you, it's just how they trap people. Outside of that it's a good enough book but that is one heck of a bear trap.Leave a comment:
