"new dsi" screwed me over too
gave me one of those ridiculous rollovers and then reduced my max bet to $25 if i remember right
i think i grinded out over 1000 bets just to clear a rollover, what a joke

Shit book since they left the Bookmaker family. Out of the blue they gave me a no deposit bonus which I completed, but they wouldn't pay out anything. They claimed it was a mistake to send me the offer in the first place. It was just a matter of a few hundred bucks but it bothers me to this day. They've done this to others too. Most lose on this offer and may re-up based on the apparently good will gesture. The ones that profit from it, myself included, got stiffed. Long story short, avoid the new DSI.Leave a comment:

One of my very close friends ran into an issue where he ran his bonus balance up to $30,000. They put a new rule in like 2 years ago where you forfeit the balance over $10,000. He completed the rollover and had to forfeit $20,000 which he won. His deposit was like $2,000 so it's not like he hit some super longshot parlay or anything crazy. Was just normal betting. If he had won it in his cash balance and not the bonus balance (they are separate) he'd have been fine. Makes no sense and seems like a silly way for them to trap players who run up a balance.Leave a comment:

I just made a small deposit of $100 and received a 150% bonus. I understand NORMAL rollover rules. When I noticed my rollover % was not going up like it should I inquired about what the actual requirement was.
This is what I was told (I'd love to know if this is normal because it seems absolutely insane to me).....
The rollover is 25X my initial deposit + my bonus amount + the amount I won with my initial bet. Soooooo, I deposited $100, received a bonus of $150 and I won $650 with my initial bet. So they are saying that I have to wager $22,500 to earn my bonus. That is absolutely INSANE to me. Is this what the online books are doing these days? I really dont have the need to bet online. I did it just to be lazy one weekend. I cant imagine if I would have deposited $1000, received a $1500 bonus and been required to wager $200,000 to get my bonus
I HATE DSI and their bonuses. Way back this happened to me . I took a bonus and my first bet hit a decent win. Then they added that into the rollover and it was this beyond insane amount. I complained on SBR because someone explained it wrong to me when i asked because i deposited.Originally posted by PD77Looks like it is. I guess you should bet a small favorite with the initial freeplay. Now that I think about it I have seen some books do this if the amount won on the freeplay is more than the freeplay amount. I was thinking cash bonus for some reason.
- In the event the winnings on a freeplay bonus wager are greater than the original bonus amount given. The winnings will be added to the deposit amount for rollover calculation purposes.
Then even after they moved the money into the regular account they said i still had to roll it over 1x again in real money. WTF . So once you finish in the bonus money area whatever that amount you move over is you have to roll over AGAIN. Because of this i almost never deposit there anymore. And before they went on their own they were one of my top used books.Leave a comment:

Never heard of your rollover amount having anything to do with your first wager, or any wager for that matter. Is it in their terms and conditions? That’s a new one, sounds like something they would do though or mycrookie.ag.Leave a comment:

It’s for small players and they pay even with a bonus, it’s the only book randomly they throw $25 in your account to try to get you to play again I ran it up a few times with the rollover and got paidLeave a comment:

Someone told me they have a rule that with any bonus over $999, Only $100 of each wager goes toward your rollover regardless of amount wagered.Originally posted by mtneer1212If you take a bonus, they will make it virtually impossible to hit your rollover through made up rules and limit reductions. Avoid.
You might want to check the rules and lower your deposit/bonus amount, if true.
Personally, they limited me a long time ago but always paid me in a timely fashion.Leave a comment:

DSI fully deserved it if your story is true, even if it isn’t true, 90% of readers at SBR hope it is. Now, take your talents to MYBOOKIE.AG and scam them, they are one of the worsts. If you chat with Butch you’re on the right track.Originally posted by thirteens013I'm lost, I apologize for any confusion. I respect you protecting the site against a smear. Not willing to post a link to the page eh.
As we will not see it changed as you claim it was is my guess?
Anyway, you got paid. So no need to care what I think. I only want to make sure SBR is not being used to unfairly publish a smear.
Good luck with your other account.Leave a comment:

The shot of $999 with yellow highlighter is from BetDSI. The shot of $1,000 is mine, after I followed the link they actually sent me.Leave a comment:

Here it is uncropped. I blurred out my bookmarks and face pic. Quick question...why would somebody lie? If need be, I have the emails from initial decline to final payout . I can show you all of the $5k payout transactions too along with the bonus of $1,000 that started the whole thing.

That was apparently changed in 2019. (and i say apparently as that person has not shown it being changed either. Just two different pages saying different to each other)Originally posted by syjytgIn #17 of https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...ing-bonus.html there were screenshots shown of them changing $1000 to $999 so OP's claim is plausible here.
And I notice that poster is screenshotting a small section of a different page too, then comparing it to the actual rules page, like our OP here.
I don't doubt there is some page there with those words on it, but I also bet once OP posts the real link to it it will become obvious what the issue is.Leave a comment:

Why only a screenshot of that page that looks different to the rest of their site with the URL even cut off?
Where is the screenshot of this page https://ibb.co/cYS7m4Y after they changed it as you calimed?
Post the link to that page so we can all see it.
There is more to your story for sure.
The terms for this offer have been the same since published in November 2019.
I have dealt with way too many people complaining about it.
I have discussed it with DSI too many times.
DSI are awful but they have not altered terms for this offer.Leave a comment:

I remember this and a lot of folks were confused by that new rule. I’m in agreement with Gold on DSI. C book that will pay.Originally posted by OptionalNo fan of BetDSI but this story turns out to be as much BS as it was smelling like.
As if they would just let him off without the last 1x rollover, point 1.
But here is proof that the terms never said $1000 or were changed as OP claims;
BAUS posted a copy paste of the rule in December 2019 and my memory is not wrong. It has always been $999 limit.

My memory isn't perfect but I could have sworn that rule always said $999.
One of the reasons I lost faith in their fairness. Obviously trying to catch the $1000 depositors who did not know.
Weird that they did not make you do the additional 1x rollover after converting bonus wallet funds to cash wallet too.Leave a comment:

It sounds like you discovered they were frauds last fall and went back for more anyway. Consider yourself extremely lucky to get that $30k. This thread is hilarious , the scammers, BETDSI, are being scammed. If they read this thread you can kiss your wife’s $30k goodbye, good idea to try and hedge out of it. Books always scrutinize female bettors from the threads I’ve read, for a very good reason. Everythings good until the book wants a phone verification or video call and things tend to fall apart after that.Leave a comment:

As for how BetDSI screwed me...
That 20% balance boost a lot of the offshore books were promoting during the 3 month COVID-19 sports outage. I contacted DSI and asked them to enroll me in it. Okay, no problem. So I kept my balance in there, and I even deposited some more. Three months later, when sports came back, they informed me that I was not eligible for the promotion and would not be receiving my 20% bonus...AFTER they already received THEIR benefit of the arrangement and AFTER they confirmed that I was signed up for the promotion. LOL. penetrating scammers.Leave a comment:

Well, any reader now knows that you're the DSI customer they recently paid out $30k, $5k a day for 6 days, and your wife has $30k in her account. They can probably glean even more information if they try hard enough. I wouldn't be advertising the fraud I was committing if I were you.Originally posted by thirteens013No they were trying to use the bonus amount as the edited rule. So my bonus was $1,000. I was wagering way more than that every time to roll it over. They claimed because it was over $999 (edited after I asked to be paid), the max towards rollover per wager was $100 and my rollover was calculated manually...$65,000 more to go. $100 at a time lolLeave a comment:

So are you saying that you purposely made $1,000 bets to avoid the $100 rollover credit max? And then you had an argument with them because they only wanted to credit you with $100 worth of rollover for those $1,000 wagers? When if you had made them $999, there would have been no argument? If so, that's classic.
You might not want to say that publicly.
