Your wife's account? from the same address and same IP address? Isn't that against every books terms?

Wait. So are you saying that you purposely made $1,000 bets to avoid the $100 rollover credit max? And then you had an argument with them because they only wanted to credit you with $100 worth of rollover for those $1,000 wagers? When if you had made them $999, there would have been no argument? If so, that's classic.Originally posted by thirteens013Ok here's the story. I completed the rollover which they conveniently show on screen. I had half of it in the cash bucket, the other half in the bonus bucket. Once it got to 100%, I requested a payout. It gets declined and the reason being "any bonus over $999 has a maximum rollover of $100 per wager". He then gave me a link to the terms and conditions. Moron/scumbag that he is, doesn't realize the link brings me to the rule which states bonuses OVER $1,000 are subject to this made up, fake rule. I took a screenshot and sent it back. Accused him of editing the wording in his rejection email from the actual rule. After fighting with the guy for a day, he tells me this matter is closed, I'm no longer responding, goodbye. So I start emailing everyone at betdsi that I had an email address for. By now, they've actually gone and changed the rule to $999!!! He originally lied to me in the email, not the rule on their site. Regardless, I kept at it and kept sending screenshot evidence of the lie I caught them in and they said, apologies, please re-request your payout. They paid $5k per day, for 6 days.

You might not want to say that publicly.Problem is, there's another $30k there on my wife's account. I'm trying to matchbet and lose it from them as opposed to requesting a payout. Another scam they run is limiting the amount of winnings you can have as a bonus to $10k. They jacked $9k from me last fall citing that rule. I lost that battle because shady as it is, it is in the rules and I missed it. Guess it's on me.

Looks like BookmakersReview is the new joint. Is there no other watchdog like SBR used to be for offshore? There's nothing we can do? This s*it is criminal.Leave a comment:

LMAO 🤣...I told this story to Spooky Express. They expressed interest in helping but then I ended up getting paid. I'll reach out to Covers and update here if they say anything of useful help.Originally posted by captrobeyThat is crazy how you caught them Even crazier how they edited that to screw you. Way back before i took a bonus i asked them about the bonus before i deposited and they never said that. Since i had the e-mail SBR helped me and they ended up paying me .

As for other watchdogs i have heard of covers but do not know a lot about them. There was another that had a small fee to join but i cannot remember their name. Other then that there is Scott the homeless guy down the street if you give him a $1 he urinates on a wall and breaks it down and deciphers it and gives you his wisdom. Well, don't leave us hanging...Originally posted by thirteens013I caught these scumbags red handed trying to screw me out of $30,000. I can elaborate and have all kinds of evidence via screenshots. I proved them wrong in so many ways they finally paid me out.

But I'm curious if anyone else has had any issues with them? They have really good deposit bonuses but are obviously not thrilled with paying players

They used to be my favorite until they went on their own now i am terrified to take a bonus because of so many people posting they were screwed over. I have deposited just to switch things up a little once in awhile but now like way less times of what i used to there and i will not take a bonusLeave a comment:

They did this to me a while ago, still dont know what the fcuk it meant. Also severely limited me and decide what lines to show or hide. They were the only book with NO super bowl props....a joke. (At least none showed in my account.)
These inconsistencies and stupid shady shit got me the fcuk out...after 3 years was really happy with lines, variety, props, bonuses, service payouts, etc.
They did everything they can to sabotage good relationships and business, and it worked. Now they have none of mine.
Had 500 remaining after super bowl got it out quick...before they make up a bullshit rule to not be able to withdraw; see you next lifetime.
Went from an A book (for me at least) to F-.Leave a comment:

So, am I understanding this correctly. If you deposit $1,000, all bets only count for $100 towards rollover. But if you deposit $995, the full amount counts towards rollover?

Is it the deposit amount only? If I deposit $500 and take the 123% cash bonus, that brings balance over $1,000. It's just on deposit amount, right?

They have some very good bonuses. Essentially unlimited 100-150% cash bonuses. Been wanting to give them a try again but there isn't many positive reviews here lately.Leave a comment:

That's how most sportsbooks do it, and it kind of makes sense to do it that way if you think about it. There are rare exceptions, such as sportsbook.ag, which always counts your risk amount.Originally posted by thechaozDamn that's worse than betus "risk or win" whatever is less.Leave a comment:

Damn that's worse than betus "risk or win" whatever is less. My brother gave me money on there, I hate that place. THey tried lying saying my rollover is 7k, finally after dealing with the nightmare that is calling them it's about 2k.

Im just doing all in nfl bets, I don't even care if I lose the $900 I built up. It's worth never logging on again.

 No check and balance,
I claim around $250 ish bonus. It been over 1yr half, not even clear one out of 3 bonuses. The odd is bad, hard to find a good line to clear the roll over. We have to be careful, without a mediator, the bonus is a huge trap in DSI and bodog. I recall bodog give very good bonus with 6 months to clear, now it is 2-4 weeks. Bonus will expire and all the winning too. I don't even claim DSI bonus or bodog bonus, once I clear the rollover, I ran far away as possible and just gamble on 5dimes, pinnacle, Betonline, maybe bodog (without bonus).Leave a comment:

Wow so just do just under it i guess. I almost never play there though because i am so scared of the bonus crap but i do have to admit when i did win a bit a couple times last year for $2000 twice i was paid each time. Took awhile but i was paid. But so many other reputable books have decent bonuses and do not play games. Jazz,Youwager,Betpop,GTbets,JustbetOriginally posted by Sea TurtleYes lol.

I deposit $985 everytime now to make sure with BTC changes I never go over $1000.

They said I needed to bet an additional 1x after clearing a $120,000 roll over. I will never do business with them again. Too many good options that are trustworthy and fair.Leave a comment:

Yes lol.Originally posted by captrobeySo if you deposit less then $1000 is it a normal amount towards rollover? If i say deposited $400 and took 100% FP Thats $800 i wonder if it all counts then. Basically then anything over $1000 they are just taking your money it will take forever to complete the rollover

how could u owe 60k in rollover, was it a 60 times rollover or wut. was it deposit 1k and receive an additional 1k after 60 times rollover? surely that cant be right Id never agree to any terms remotely like that anyway at 100 bucks a bet towards it that equates to 600 bets lol yes insanityLeave a comment:
