I made a withdrawal request via Bitcoin 3 days ago on June 16th for $2K . The last two withdrawals were paid very quickly within a day or 2 however this was back at end of 2023 and early 2024. They have always been fair in the past with me so hopefully I will get paid and it sure would be nice if they could improve their site and book to be more profitable. I will update on the payout progress.

Does anyone actually send money offshore anymore? Perhaps I have a unique situation with brick/mortar down the street and multiple apps, but all I hear is people getting scammed. Is the offshore industry doomed? How does a business owner pay rent and make payroll when, at best, the customers are scalping and line shopping?

    first they scammed me
out of 9k with the “bonus”! second first cash out of 5000 took almost 2 weeks to receive ,third this is the second and last withdraw from these scumbags and STILL in the “queue “ from may 22 ! Do NOT use these lousy scumbags ! I hope they are all put out of business and living on the street .

this is what a gentleman said about these lowlifes
Unfortunately DSI is not a player friendly book. It's just as likely someone who has taken a dislike to you is holding it up on purpose as any glitch, the way they operate.

They have refused to mediate problems with SBR for many years now.

They rarely do not pay up in full once they have approved the first part payment though, so just waiting it out is probably the way to go.

Cashed out may 22nd! Still waiting for my 5000 , these fucking scumbags say “ Your is in line Payouts gets process as they come in” They will also scam you out of bonuses and not tell you can only transfer 10k of bonus to regular cashier , so when they transfered my 19k, they failed to mention they just pocket anything over 10k . Do NOT use this sportsbook , used to be good but new ownership has ran it right into the ground . I don’t know how they are still in business . Bookmaker and heritage remain the best .

I agree that their $10000 max bonus win rule should be more clearly disclosed. But from hard learned experience you won't get anywhere trying to convince them to change that one.

We have not seen any other reports of DSI slow pays in recent weeks so I am guessing they might be simply hoping you lose some back. I'd be surprised if they don't actually pay you eventually.

Awfully disrespectful way they treat customers caught out by this. Most feel exactly like you do right now.

Lol well they changed their mind and doing $250 at a time. Used to be a solid book but whoever running it seems to go through power trips making them unusable at certain times (based on this thread)

    Greetings from BetDSI,

We regret to inform you that your account has been reviewed and, due to activity that does not align with our recreational betting policy, as well as established betting patterns that are not permitted, it is set to be closed as per management decision. Additionally, the account's association with other groups has been taken into consideration.

As per DSI policies, all winnings have been forfeited. However, we will return your last deposit in $250.00 weekly payments until full deposit is returned. To facilitate this process, please provide a valid Bitcoin address, and we will begin issuing the refund.

Thank you for your attention to this matter,

So to recap, if you lose money you are obviously a recreational bettor and we will happily take your money, but if you win money, well obviously you are a professional and we will not pay out. A scam of the highest order.

Payout received. Took 11 days for this one.

This zeroed out my account. I do not plan to reload. For payouts to take as long as theirs do is simply not acceptable.

Anyone considering them should keep the slow payout factor in mind, and also be sure you read all the fine print and understand all the rollover rules. They're more generous than most with bonuses, but their rollover rules are an absolute nightmare. I found them to be a largely clone book that virtually never had the best line on anything I wanted to bet and only occasionally was tied for the best, so I could either bet here less advantageously or take forever to do the rollover. I mostly opted for the latter, and so after making a maximum deposit for one of their more generous bonuses when I opened an account, I finally completed the rollover after literally over two years.

Currently in slow pay mode. 9 days and counting on my payout request. They can't or won't provide any estimate on if or when payouts will resume. They just repeat over and over that they'll "be processed in the order received."

To be fair, I did successfully receive a payout from them in January. It took longer than a payout should (6 days), but I eventually got it.

I will tell you one pesky thing I noticed, there is no 'bet max' button....I click to try to make a $1000 bet and it says limit is $250, so then I click for $250 and it says max wager reached, I check my pending bets and they did not accept a bet I did not get my bet in, go back to the page and try to click it for $250 says max wager reached, log out log back in try to make the same bet again for $250 says max wager reached....

Lesson learned if you click for more than what they want they will not take your bet and then you won't allowed to bet anything on it.

@BETDSI can we fix that? How about a 'bet max' button

    Thanks

I've taken out a few payments recently without much trouble. I'm not sure if I will continue to use them though as they significantly cut down my limits. Can only do $250 wagers now. Also took away my live betting option and DSI betpoints without even telling me. Had to go on live chat to see what happened.

I hope this message finds you well.

I wanted to follow up on our previous communication regarding the verification of your account details which could not be confirmed by our internal KYC tools.

As mentioned, it appears that there may be some discrepancies due to a recent change of address, outdated information, or missing details. To proceed with the verification process, we still require the following documentation:

    • A picture of your driver's license.
    • A picture of a utility bill, cell phone bill, or bank statement (no older than 60 days, spread open) that clearly shows your name, address, and issue date.
    • A selfie ID: a picture of you holding your ID next to your face.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and advise that sending these documents at your earliest convenience will help avoid any disruptions to your account.

Thank you for your cooperation. Should you have any questions or need assistance with the submission, please do not hesitate to reach out.

I unfortunately lost about $6,000 with them because of this. That being said, it is in their terms. It's shady, but they're not scammers. I've cashed out several times successfully with them, just have to make sure to follow their rules.

However, this most recent cash out is very slow. It's been 6 business days and they can't give an ETA on when they'll cash me out. Typically they pay me in 1-2 days.

These scam artists will literally rob your money . Normally any site would say ok we are going to convert but you can only take out 10000 , don’t you think I would have left it in there and tried to at least wager with it ?
Their bonuses usually have a max 10k payout so there is no reason to want them to revert that 19k back to your bonus balance, at the end of any scenario it is still only ever going to worth a maximum of 10k. Read the terms of offers before you accept them and/or register on a forum where you would have found this out beforehand.

As of today, they will not let you use bonus balance to bet moneylines. This includes baseball and hockey, which are essentially moneyline bets mainly. Site continues to go backwards.

They definitely pay. They'll make you jump through hoops, but I've cashed out a ton w/ them. The main thing to keep in mind is the $100 rule to calculate rollover. Only the first $100 of any bet counts towards rollover.

THANK YOU for posting that! And, even the contest rules don't say the points must be rolled over 3X. IF this contest rules said it was a 3X rollover, I wouldn't have a problem, but they don't say that. It's just another excuse they've given me to not pay me a measly few hundred dollars. At first, they tried to say that the points weren't even "legitimate." They were asking me how they got into my account, as I went in and added them myself.

EXACTLY!! It says 1X! I've asked them to show me where in their TOS it says the points are a 3x rollover. They have failed to show me. It's just another excuse to not pay. This book is nothing but a problem.

Yeah, it won't let me. It says that I don't have enough funds to request the withdrawal. Such BS. Clearly, they went into my account and made it so I can't request the withdrawal. I wish I could post a screenshot in here so I can show you. It's just frustrating. I've ran it up to a decent amount, but it's taking every bone in my body to not just unload the whole thing and be done with it. But I know that's exactly what they want me to do.
