That was the worst i have seen GWS play, albeit i missed their first couple of games. I was on the Cardinals yesterday as well, can't seem to bet a game where the bullpen doesn't have a meltdown. Have lost 3/4 bets in the last week in the 9th inning

I'm glad I headed out when I did!
I only saw the 1st qtr, but it was looking bad from the very beginning. Really kicking myself for playing Giants as the line just screamed Lions. I just couldnt believe Lions would get up by that much.
Bases has been pretty hard to predict lately, especially with the bullpens behaving as they are. I cannot remember a recent year where they have all performed so consistently poor. Problem is they will have their stuff one day, and just implode the next. You just don't know what you are going to get from day to day. I might have to consider 1st 5 innings bets more often.Comment -

LA have been having a torrid season, and are sitting last in their division, they are missing Donovan and Keane for this game and while both teams are coming off a short break, it seems to have been effecting LA to a greater extent than most teams this year. San Jose are without Wondolowski, but otherwise will be fielding their usual squad. They do no have a good record at Home Depot Center but this is the perfect time to rectify that record, having only lost 1 game in their last 10.Comment -

Yeah, i was liking the red when it came, SJ have been a pretty strong 2nd half team and I was confident at that point. 2-2 now with only a few minutes to, im still hoping for a late winner here. All good was able to hedge for a tasty profit regardless, pretty much abandoned the thread as didn't want to dip below 100u profit but in saying that with the last few in there I may have done exactly that although haven't graded yet. plus most 'under' leagues winding down & scandinavian soccer ain't my thing, although have still been able to conjure up some nice hits recently with what's left. might post some this w.e
maroons won me 20 units last night, went big but knew it was a lock, just ML so was pretty confident after the first 20 mins, should have more wiggle room for some weekend plays!Comment -

F1, Monaco Grand Prix
Fastest in Practice 1 - Hamilton @ 4.00 - 0.5u
Pole Position Wins the Race @ 1.83 - risking 1u
Race H2H - Kovalainen @ 1.88 over Petrov - 1u
I might add more as the race weekend progresses, but this will get me started. I like Hamilton to get off to another fast start in practice 1, which starts in just over an hour and a half. Hamilton has had a fast car at every circuit so far, and has finished fastest in P1 on 3 out of 5 times this year and has finished in the top 2 on 4 of those occasions. He should be on a mission this weekend, to try and make up for another hard luck race last time out.
Pole positions means everything at Monaco. I am not sure who will grab the top spot in qualifying, but the race winner for this race has started from pole in 7 of the last 8 times. The only exception being Lewis Hamilton in 2008, when he won from 3rd position.
I always like taking 1 or 2 race h2h's and this one stands out. I do not rate Petrov very highly at all, and he should get shown up this weekend against Kovalainen. Petrov to put it in the fence!Comment -
I rated Kovi as near the top drivers. Although I'm not 100% sure he has ever fully recovered from that accident in Barcelona in 2008.

Agreed about Kovi, i rate him highly. Much better driver than Petrov, who has actually ran him very close to far this year.
At the moment, it will be a fight between McLaren & Lotus. They are pumping in some good times. Williams & Ferrari also very impressive once again. Grosjean is going to spoil my bet here by the looks...

Ah well, a big mess in the tunnel brings an early end to the session and kills any chance of Hamilton going fastest. Looks like he would have been going out for one more run, but it wasn't to be.
It's a massive weekend of motorsport with F1, Indy 500, WRC & NASCAR all competing. It''s going to be a weekend of very little sleep! Here's a play for the Rally of the Gods...there is probably only 2 or 3 hours before this goes off the board. Citreon was the fastest car in this rally last year, and as long as Loeb has a clean weekend he should be fine to take the win.
