The saturday stages will be the toughest so as long as he holds the lead at the end of today I will feel more comfortable as it is still a really small gap. But for the moment, he is looking strong.

Well it's not like the Germans weren't trying but the Jews put up a good fight, at least for the 20-30 minutes of the match I saw. Anyway the bottom line is the parlay's up your ass (no pun intended) and me? I lose the straight bet.

What straight bet did you have? I thought Germany should have been able to get 3 on the board themselves, despite the jews always being stingy in defence. German defence hasn't been great either so I thought it was possible to go 2-1, 3-1 fairly comfortably. Oh well, on to the next...
