no doubt that the nigerian wearing the hoodie was the better fighter in this situation, and more prepared to fight. I'm not even sure if neighborhood watch guy was looking for a fight. If this hoodie kid's death saves even just 1 other neighborhood watch man the trouble of NOT having to be questioned by police and lawyers before ultimately being set free. Weed means nothing.........Used to smoke weed every day for a year in college and I can tell you that I never had cravings or felt "strung out" or anything like that when I didn't have any weed

I drink coffee everyday and if I don't have a coffee I feel a lot more "edgy" then no weed......Tobacco/Nicotine, you feel 1000x more edgy then weed from my experience if you don't have any (used to dip/ smoke cigs for a short time, now off that shit)......The day after drinking, or a hangover, you feel 1000x more edgy than no weed

All from personal experience.......Weed would never make you aggressive, either when you're high or if you don't have any.......

MoneyLine, I think you and a few others missed the point. it isn't about if Weed maybe him aggressive. The reason it is worth bringing up... is because it flies in the face of the initial backlash and family portrayal of this Martin kid as some sort of super sweet innocent kid..... it has nothing to do with the drugs per se, but its further black mark on his continually crumbling character. Does it mean he was deserving of being shot???? Hell no...................................... ..... I'm sure if Zimmerman had them at his disposal and had the time available, he could have put this thug out of his misery in a MUCH more humane and caring way..... its unfortunate, but life happens fast, and you don't always have your lethal injection kit on you in times of emergency

Black people have enough mental barriers as it is, without having to over-come using a substance that is not legal for anyone and that dulls their motivational skills. The weed busts don't bring enough money to the prison systems and police, we need more crack users and less weed smokers. Every state has different laws. In this case the law works in Zimmermans favor, because of the state he was in at the time of the shooting.

All Zimmermans lawyers have to prove is he was attacked. Was it a pussy move he had to shoot a 17 year old (well we havent determined if he was a hulked out football player or a pothead yet) unarmed kid? Yes it was.

Does the State law say it was wrong doing? I dont think so.

Tough spot for the state as you know whats going to happen after the verdict is read.
