Unknown person inside a gated community is subjected to any questioning, doesn't have to answer but it is legal for anyone to ask anybody anything. I am pretty strict when it comes to the 4th amendment. I wouldn't care if Trayvon told Zimmerman to go **** himself, that's his right. I think Trayvon was followed and questioned and he took that stance and then said **** this, I'm going to kick this guys ass....he just didn't know he had a gun. In retrospect, he could have easily outran Zimmerman,,,,that's what he should have done.
