    Mayan, save your breath. There's no talking fitness with TT. In the many conversations I have had with him, he seems to argue that there's only one way to weightlifting....yet, myself and brothers are proof that variety and volume training equate to real results.

          good shit man I no I feel like complete dirt if I'm not in the gym at least 3 nights a week. I freak out if Im only in the gym 1 once a week.

          Keep on working on that cardio and pretty soon you will be down to a solid steady weight.

                Its good for the mind, gets me up early in the morning rather than lying in bed. Im working on my quads right now, started of painful, now it feels good to exercise those muscles.
