      take it from someone who dropped 70lbs ... I worked out like a F'ing maniac and would drop maybe 10-20 pounds in like 6 months and wouldnt get any muscle, just tighter ... I did calorie counting >800 a day, w mod activity, lost like 10 pounds a mo ... but my body type is naturally thin, my dad is 6'6 180lbs ... I went from 6'2 270 to 200

                    coach , yes doing coke to lose weight is not a great idea , it has a tendency of destroying your valves in your heart and also causes an enlarged heart you may lose some weight , and lets say your 180 lbs. I promise within a few years you will lose 180lbs. This happened to at least 5 good friends of mine .I was in the room with all these poor guys who were brain dead for at least a week before they would pull the plug, finally I had to assist one of my friends .

                                              Pretty sure he is doing cardio for weight loss and not strength training for mass. He's doing it right. 607 days a week on machines for this is great...if it was actual jogging he's need to lay off a day or so to miss the shin splints and knees.

                                                                  jay cutler trains each bodypart once a week as an example and i asked him on skpe, twitter and facebook and he responded by saying, if he wasn't on roids and alot of supplement he would train even less. All the supplements he takes and his genetics allow him to train more often, not less often and the reason why gyms are empty all across the world and people are unhappy with the progress they are making is because they are copying routines of certain pros and then they end up quitting and or getting injured.
