help needed: is my wife cheating on me?

for the past few weeks my instincts have been telling me my wife is cheating... i did a bunch of research and every warning flag is there... so yesterday i decided to check phone records... i found that in the past month there has been over 8000, thats right.. 8000!!! text msg's sent to the same number starting at 7am every hour until 1 in the morning, EVERY SINGLE day...so i call the number and of course its some dude she works with.. when i asked her about it last night she claims they are "close friends" and is not cheating.... am i crazy for thinking she is a cheating bitch? especially since THIS week we did IUI treatments to try and have a baby... seems alomost criminal to me, but maybe im wrong..

If the phone is in your name, call the provider and see if you can obtain a copy. Drill her on it. Tell her it is bull shit that she chats with some other guy for so long. She might just be doing it for the attention. Look at other people she has texted, see if it goes past 20. She may be deleting the texts. It doesn't look good man. Ask her why she never told you that she was talking to him before, find out if he has a girlfriend or wife, then push for a double date. See how she reacts ! There's a program you could put on someone's phone to get an exact copy of what she texts and what that other person texts to her. She'll never know it's on her phone.

I work in Digital Forensics, see cases like this all the time. If it's a smartphone, you can get all the data off it privately for about $500, if it's not, it's around $900. In my experience, it's a waste of money if you know what you're going to see anyway, unless you plan on using it in a divorce proceeding. You most likely won't be able to get a printout from your cell provider with out an injunction or subpoena solely because if they handled every request they got, nothing else would get done. Civil injunctions or criminal subpoenas move to the front of the line.
