Thread originally appeared as if it was unarmed shooting, after reading the story it appears he may have opened fire first which makes it justified. No argument there by just about everyone. Problem is in the fact that police constantly over step their bounds in use of deadly force and many instances commit other crimes behind the protection of "the shield" aka their badge.
