I take Ambien every night. It's been over ten years since I have gone to sleep without them. I take 2 a night..... I know I will be taking them the rest of my life and I am ok with that.

I'm with you on the Ambien...only thing that works for me.

I here great things about ambien....never tried it myself, but it should do the trick

I've tried them and it takes days to get the taste of metal out of your mouth. Avoid meds if @ all possible.

i've never had that problem with ambien. my only problem with ambien is if you don't fall asleep shit starts to get weird
