I take Ambien every night. It's been over ten years since I have gone to sleep without them. I take 2 a night..... I know I will be taking them the rest of my life and I am ok with that.

Get a nice workout in during the day sometime and drink a glass of milk. If your body is tired than you will go to sleep fairly easily unless you have other stuff on your mind.
