We have our day in court June 18th he has 5 charges against him 1 1st degree felony 2 2nd degrees and 2 3rd degree. He choose a jury trail. This has completely fvcked me up if this doesn't go down the way I want it I'm not sure I can go on the rest of my life. It's all I think about I'm up right now at 2am because I can't sleep and pop pills just to cope with the pain. I hope none of you ever go thur this.

Also the mother fvcker couldn't afford an attorney so he's remodeling his house for 30k in fees. He should have a court apointed attorney. While out on bond he's gone to kids softball games been around other kids. Per conditions of the bond he is to have no contact with any minors. They let these guys out and never check on them.

I'm sorry you are only getting bits and parts of what happend. Basically he molested her when she was 7 threatens her life if she told anyone. 7 years later he moved away and she told a friend of hers and that friend told her mom. He wouldn't take a polygraph test and that told us all we needed to know. He called the cops and told them I'm trying to set him up and we are doing this for money. He has no damn money. Hes guilty as hell I just hope justice is served.
