Tato, you need to let her talk to someone from Child Protective Services. There are so many stories similiar to hers. And most kids don't tell because they are afraid to. He probably told her to keep it their little secret. But a professional will know what questions to ask and how to ask in a way that will get to the bottom of the situation. But you need to show your daughter you have faith in her because if you act like you doubt her and it turns out she is telling you the truth, she won't ever forget that and neither will you. You are her father. The one man she looks to to protect her. Don't forget that.

There are many, many, cases of sexual abuse that go unreported for decades even. Sexual abuse is not an easy thing to bring up at all!
