#283Yeah because he threatened the teller's life, right?Originally posted by BadNinaThis just makes you a thief. And guess what....Nina is a big enough bitch to rat you out. It took very little time and effort to find the Champagne County DA's office's number and a nice gentleman who works there email address. Did you know that it is soooo easy to copy pictures from a public forum and save them to my private photobucket account and then forward them on? There is no difference between you and people who take a gun into a bank and rob it. You are a thief.
It amazes me how many posters are bashing Brock for keeping the money...none of you would return it and you know it.Comment -

why would i make it up? LOL Its a fukking score!
Why would you make it up?
Because Story telling is a symptom of degenerecy, part of living large in one¨s own mind, many gamblers have it...known as Bigshot-itis.your not alone.
Personally i don¨t believe your story and heres why
I have been gambling 20 some years, and know that 99.8% of gamblers always count their money when given to them, not 5 minutes later up the road.
AT THE CASINO- get my money, then instantly count it even after the Cashier originally counted it.
AT THE RACE TRACK- Gamblers never leave the wicket before counting their money, they know better.
AT **-show me a Gambler who doesnt count their money ASAP.
FROM YOUR LOCAL-try calling him 5 minutes later saying he shorted you 2k.
FROM A BANK OR CREDIT UNION-not only gamblers, but any normal person with the ability to think counts their money before leaving the Teller, E-FUCKIN SPECIALLY IF ITS IN AN ENVELOPPE.
Even from friggon Mcdonalds most gamblers count their scratch before it hits their pocket.
Gamblers are always counting..counting and more counting.
So either you fall into the 99.8 % bracket thus your story is completely bogus, nothing but a made up fallacy you thought of upon leaving your credit union yesterday.
Or you fall into the 0.2 % bracket thus your ability to think is currently impaired.
Let us know when a bag of gold comes flying out of the sky and whacks you in the head.Comment -

#291Hi there. Scott hasn't called anyone yet. I did. That's right. Nina did. And she is proud of it. You got a problem with it, send me a PM. this is wrong because Brock stole money from a bank. When he saw the mistake he should have taken it back or at least called them and told them he would return it the next day. When you take money that does not belong to you it is called stealing. And stealing is wrong. What if the mistake had been his? What if he had been depositing cash and meant to deposit $12oo and keep out the extra $1000 and accidentally put it in the envelope? There is that teller with a deposit slip that is a $1000 off. How loud would Brock scream then?Comment -

#295Wow. Stuck on the phone all day for work and look at what I've missed!
Brockalicious, I'm not going to judge you because it's really not my place to but if you had texted me after this had happened I would have told you to bring it back. If it was extra money from an ATM, I honestly would have told you to keep it but because there is a person attached to the mistake it's just not right. It doesn't matter if it's an $8.50/hr job - and honestly you are in no position to disparage anyone's place of employment or salary. We are parents and the rules change once a child comes into our lives. That teller could have been one of our children who would never be able to get a job in a bank again because she made a mistake and you kept the money. What if they charged HER with theft? As someone said earlier, the bank may not even have been able to match up where the money went missing, only that it was from her drawer. Could you imagine if she ended up being charged with a felony because of that mistake? There is always a ripple effect to our actions, good or bad. We just don't always get the opportunity to witness them so it sometimes makes it easier for people to justify doing something that is morally wrong.
People who are standing up for you have every right to do so as that is their opinion. But by starting this thread, you invited feedback from everyone and I hope you're at least considering what each person has to say.

#303First off, bullshit. That is without a doubt the dumbest thing I've ever heard. This is theft, plain and simple. He's not entitled to keep the money in any way shape or form.Originally posted by Gio21I work at a bank once its gone its gone no way they can ask or tell you to bring it back. Teller should have been more cautious. However, the teller might get fired for that so its up to you!
Lastly, does anyone believe Brock to begin with? This guy is always so full of crap that it's easy to see that this thread is made up. This guy is the biggest degenerate scumbag posting here, looks like he's a liar as well.Comment -

#305Just in response to Gio's claim that they can't ask you to return it, they most definitely can and if you don't your ass could be grass:
(This was from March.) Cape Girardeau police officers are still investigating a theft that occurred Friday at the Bank of Missouri, where a customer reportedly refused to return an excess amount of cash mistakenly given to him by a bank teller.
The man entered Bank of Missouri to access a safety deposit box to exchange a large stack of mixed bills for a stack of $20 bills.
According to Adam Glueck, a spokesman with the Cape Girardeau Police Department, a bank employee gave him the wrong amount, which was substantially more than he was owed. The error, he said, was discovered after the customer left when the bank vault and drawer were balanced. Glueck said there was no evidence suggesting that the extra money was intentionally delivered to the customer.
The bank customer was contacted by the bank and police officers.
"He refused to come back and turn the excess amount over. He claimed he was given the correct amount," Glueck said. "Officers have completed a state warrant application for the charge of stealing over $500, but as of now no charges have been filed."
The case is still under investigation.Comment -
