Ethically I think Brock should give it back, but he is bound by his own ethics, not mine.

What does he have to do legally? Justin7 may know. I do recall there was a Monopoly "Chance" card that said "Bank Error in Your Favor...Collect $200".....and you didn't have to give it back.

That was an error were they over charged you and because you were so friggin stupid , you just paid it.After finding the error, they brought it to your attention because you ALWAYS TRUST THE BANK and got 200.00 back.
Back in the day people would NEVER question the bank.
But , ... this is today.
This has NOTHING to do with the bank.
This is not a bank issue, it is a moral issue.And the teller's ass is on the line.
Switch shoes for a minute if you can possibly do that.
