let's clear this up. Atheism is NOT a religion. Refusing to believe in man-made bullshit is not a religion or belief system. Believing in virgin births and resurrections(zombie?) IS a religion. For me, atheism is just a term for thinking logically.

Not trying to be a hard ass here because this isn't the purpose of your thread but wouldn't you agree that they are different and you can't be both? Otherwise, they wouldn't have 2 different words with both meanings being different.

Atheist pretty well shuts the door of any belief of a god whereas Agnostic does leave the door open. Does it not?

Yes sir, Agnostic to me believes there might be a god out there, but does not believe in any of the major religions out there. (like me )

penn is a clever magician and he uses the Luke 19:27 verse as a trick against the listener.

The story being told is a parable speaking about a nobleman who gives his servants money and expects them to GAMBLE and take a chance to make him more money.

The character the words reflect in that verse are of the nobleman not Christ.

We can know this because Christ didn't try to reap what he did not sow as the verse below states the nobleman doing.
