Why do you keep saying biased, I guess for Hunter and/or Joe to go to jail it will take a biased judge and a biased prosecutor.
Nobody has seen all the evidence yet so no way to know what they may have.

I've said many times, I don't think Trump will go to jail either because of biased judge the other way, and
Rich people like Trump rarely get convicted of their crimes in the USA, no reason to think this time any different, and even if they do get convicted almost never go to jail.

So, if an ex-president not Trump someone else in the future, becomes a mass murder after his term and rapes hundreds of women and sells all our secrets to Russia and China, you are saying the secret service will not let him go to prison?

So, you are also saying that it's impossible for him to have a jury trial.

How many secret service members are there? Enough to strong arm the FBI the Marshalls service and whoever else the court needs to use to put a convicted felon in jail, they will be outnumber 10,000 to 1. Good luck with that.

I've not seen anything on CNN in years, but could you point out in the constitution where you can pardon state charges, I know you can federal but what does it say about state charges. I'm not sure and would like to know, and you sound like you do know.
