What a joke. The bank did their own appraisal, the loans were paid back on time, some early, assuming there was a crime it was definitely a victimless. You could probably find 100% of every company that has applied for a commercial loan did the same thing.

Well here are some facts to finally put DipShit's bullshit and lies about "election interference" to rest:
Cy Vance (NY DA at the time) began issuing subpoenas in the hush money payment case in August of 2019.
Fani Willis launched her investigation into Trump in 2021.
The United States House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack opened their investigation in July of 2021.
Letitia James opened her NYC business fraud investigation into Trump in 2019.
The National Archives first asked TFG to return the classified documents he took in May of 2021.
He only returned some, not all. So, in March of 2022, the FBI opened an investigation. That August, they searched Mar-a-Lago.
TFG announced his candidacy on November, 15, 2022.
All five of those investigations into TFG were commenced BEFORE he ever announced he was running again.
He’s not being indicted in the middle of his campaign, he’s campaigning in the middle of his indictments.

Did you have any doubt Trump was gonna run in 2024? Who cares if it was in 2019. It was election interference for the 2020 election also and in case the rigging and stealing of the eledction wasn't successful. And if it was, and it was, then they would try and interfer in the 2024 election. Which they are. Everyone knows this.

I don't think any of us were sure early on. I think I was a bit surprised when it became obvious he would but can't remember exactly how early that was.
And yes, I can see a bunch of this stuff is politically motivated.
Can you see some of it will probably end up proving to be justified too?

Kevin O’Leary is crying because you can’t cook the book’s during the loan process in NY, to get a lesser interest rate than others that actually fill out the form with truthful information which might show greater percentage of risk for the lending institution.
A small developer cannot take a chance but a wealthy developer can . What a disgraceful admission.
Think about that folks. Victimless crime? The victims are those that don’t lie.

Is a football player worth 50 million a year? I am pretty sure the player and the team had different dollar amounts initially but eventually they all agreed on an amount. We might agree that it’s way too much money but no judge should fine the team or the player for it. Wouldn’t you agree?
how much is that painting you made worth? If a fellow artist thinks it’s worth $100 and someone buys it for a million, who was the victim? Should the DA step in and charge the painter? Who was cheated?

Me: I listened to about half of O'Leary's rant. You need to understand that what he said was a direct kick in the teeth to those of us that try our best to truthfully give banks and lending institutions values. You cannot by law, which is why there is a law, falsely inflate those numbers willingly to gain a better interest rate or more of a percentage of loan to a value ratio. That is banking/loaning 101. If you do, and many do, you can be subject to prosecution. Someone chose to go after Trump and the authority's found that the valuations were way off .
Remember, the banks have a fiduciary duty to there share holders to protect the banks assets. Making incorrst percentage assessments and loans put the bank at risk, therefore the share holders.
If you want to get in the argument of why they went after him or who was sleeping with who and went after him, I could care less.
