Well... what's going to happen is that.... these charges will stand. We all know this will happen. And the goal for the Dems is to either have him jailed... or out of the election. The plea deal will be... No jail time if Trump announces he's not running for office... also possible fine. I also believe there will be an additional clause stating... Trump may not talk about this in further detail with the public at any time. No tweets... no social media... nothing.

Like I said... we all know this is coming. I don't see how Trump gets out of this jam. We all know the charges are bogus. Truly a no win situation. The good news is... the people love the man... Tucker/Trump interview had over 100 million+ hits.

So why are Jan 6 defendants sitting in jail with no bail waiting for trails due to constant delays by the prosecution ?

Stripping away the opportunity to prepare for trial is tantamount to denying altogether the assistance of counsel for the defense .

Oh , and telling his defense attorney a good lawyer would start preparing a defense once they knew there was a grand jury investigation underway is a joke . Just like her .
