Sorry dude, this doesn't add up to me either. If I were a bankruptcy judge, I'd arrest this fukker for showing up in my courtroom when/if I saw that he makes 130 per year after taxes. OP. If you file BK, you will bind to pay the debts. Your credit screws 1 way or the other. Might as well just don't pay and ride it out. Bad credit trace goes off your credit report after 7 years, while BK stays on for 10. It's no-brainer.
