For one thing, just saying, New Zealand did not have Joe Biden and Andrew Cuomo running things.

I don't remember Joe Biden running things when covid hit the USA? My memory must be getting bad.

I am guessing because of where they are located had a lot to do with it. Probably New Zealand didn't send people with Covid into senior facilities. I lived on an island during the pandemic where all the cruise ships stopped coming. Like any flu or worst things like a coronavirus, its best to stay away from people as best as you can if its going around.

Do you discount everything that the guy said in that video I commented on?

No. I think the basic info is probably correct but his conclusions from it may be over-reaching a tad.

Having lived through it with such good outcomes compared to most other places, I struggle to see the logic in claims like the vax did nothing.


There was a high infection rate in Australia. Remoteness probably helped in some ways. But that is not enough alone to explain the outcome.

I am happy to learn the answer but from what I see around me the high rate of vax takeup appears to be most obvious factor.

I always found it funny when those who keep saying "my body my choice" for decades, suddenly had no problem with the government mandating someone take an experimental drug which didn't prevent you from catching Covid, spreading it to anyone else, and you had a 99%+ chance of surviving even if you caught Covid. But its ok to murder another human being. Crazy.
