It's way more beneficial to them to have one guard for 20 years instead of constantly rehiring & training guards for the same position, numb nuts.

I learned this many years ago when I grew someone’s else’s business by $10 million over the course of 16 months and my “bonus” was an iPad Mini. I immediately mapped out a plan to leave and start my own business and never looked back. Almost 10 years later it’s been a long road but well worth it.
